Dawn M. Hasson's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Hasson is fantastic. I can't recommend her highly enough. She is caring, gives detailed medical information and advice, and cuts through testing and insurance red tape.

Doctor Hasson was very nice and pleasant she answered all my questions and asked me multiple times if I had any other questions. From beginning to end it was a smooth transition and the exam was very quick. The nurse and dr made me feel comfortable and at ease. The office was super clean. Overall I had an amazing experience and I highly recommend Dr. Hasson she was very kind and attentive.

Dr. Hassan is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, thorough, reasonable, (does not over-treat or order unnecessary testing), compassionate, and takes the time to listen to your concerns. Her staff, from appointment scheduler, to MA, to nurse triage, to checkout are professional, courteous and friendly, which is hard to come by these days.

I did not have a good experience. They do not delivery test results professionally. Something felt off during my visit with her. Not sure if it had to do with the color of my skin or her just looking down at all her patients. I switched ASAP but they were a pain to work with to transfer my medical records. They wouldn't even send them to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My wonderful doctor took time off, so I was assigned to Dr. Hasson and it was was a very upsetting experience. She was not a happy camper to have a new patient and told me how difficult it is for her to start with a new patient. Imagine how I felt after hearing this in the negative tone used. She didn't bother to review my medical history or wanted to listen to me say anything about it. She took a quick look at my file and gave a quick determination. I did not feel that my health is in stable hands and will be looking for a different gynecologist.

WORST PLACE for a woman seeking gyn services to go! I need my prescription refilled so I called, 4 days go by and they still haven’t refilled it and never told me why! If you have a yeast infection, you can forget about them answering the phone for a prescription! I had to call my primary care doctor and they filled the prescription that day! Then the next day this awful place calls me back. I’m sorry but I needed you guys the day before. Their service has been USELESS for me. I’m just sticking with my primary care doctor at this point. At least they can do their jobs by answering the phone and actually caring about their patients. I will no longer be coming to this awful place.

Dr. Hassin is a professional and knowledgeable gynecologist who has a very easygoing, welcoming way about her. She has always made me feel very comfortable in all my appointments. Dr Hassin is also quite proactive with her patients’ health concerns. I have recently relocated and am positive I will never find another gynecologist who meets Dr Hasson’s Standards! Susan Camise

I’m very satisfied with Dr. Hasson’s care but her office support staff are absolutely impossible to contact! They have this ridiculous message that says “they’ll get back to you in 24 hours “. I have to wake a wait a week call back wait a few more days before I get a to speak to somebody so I can make an appointment and get a mammogram! This is totally unacceptable and it’s happened over a period of years. I regret but I’m going to have to change physician because of her administrative staff.
