There is no waiting in the office as Dr. Long and her team of professionals are very organized. Excellent care and a friendly atmosphere. You are treated with utmost respect no matter what your problem might be.

Took the time to explain what my options were after a reoccurrence of my pelvic floor prolapse post surgery (she did not perform the surgery). She gave me options and since no action was necessary yet, allowed me to schedule a return visit when I felt I was ready. She showed me diagrams via iPad of my prolapse as well as how each surgery would be performed. She neither talked down to me nor used complicated medical jargon to explain each. I was very impressed and wish I would have gone with a specialist initially.

I saw her quite some time ago. She saw me for an emergent situation despite the office not being open to see patients that day. Dr. Long and her staff were amazing. I’m calling her office just in case she’s still there as I really need her help, again.

I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of what I was told was a "simple procedure." On my most recent visits, Dr. Long did not know how to deal with my current condition.

She is a great Doctor, she makes you feel comfortable and listens to your symptoms and compliants, she offers a variety of ways to deal with the issue at hand and does not demand treatment. She works with you and your problems to help find a solution, even if it is by offering another referral. She explains everything until you understand what is occurring in layman's terms and offers other sources for your own education and information. She is always considerate of your feelings and apprehensions and is never pushy or judgmental.

Dr. Long is a wonderful listener and doesn't have a large ego. She's willing to help in any way she can, and if she can't, she'll help you find someone else who can. She is understanding and open to your opinions and doesn't force any treatment on you. She deals with urological as well as gynecological symptoms, so if your regular GYN has no idea what to do with you to treat your pain or bladder, she's the one to seek out.
