Very poor service. My husband went in for a vesectomy. That day the office lady's told him that he would have to pay 500 dollares. The forgot to call his insurance. It was over looked. Headless to say he didn't get his vesectomy, lost a day a work and lost his co pay. HORRIBLE. DONT GO HERE

Ok guy, but he doesn't accept ANY credit or debit cards! Also he doesn't use computers like he should and insists on either printing or handwriting everything on paper! Dude, it's the 21st century!! Get a computer and electronically send over Rx's and lab orders!!!

Nope, no way, no how. Stay away. I don't trust ANY business or professional who doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't use a computer! He expects everybody to be able to read his chicken scratch!! Get out of the 4th century dude!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!

Nope, no way, no how. Stay away from this neanderthal. Fred Flintstone had more modern equipment. The most unprofessional medical staff I've ever encountered. Front desk receptionist did not even greet us, just said my grandfather's name. Same story with the doctor , no bedside manner. Staff gossiped loudly about patients while there were patients in the building. No hand sanitizer to be found during a pandemic.

Dr. Horner is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. My experience with him and his office staff was outstanding. I was referred to him by very trusted nurse practitioners that have many patient success stories utilizing his services. This is one man that I will forever trust with my man jewels.

I find Dr Horner to be an excellent physician,he spends time with you,when I leave his office I feel informed about my medical situation. I would highly recommend him

The doctor is ok at best. The billing staff are complete morons and a total waste of oxygen. They don't deposit checks on a timely basis and then send incorrect, fraudulent statements. It takes them 3 weeks to deposit checks! I worked for a doctor and we deposited checks EVERY DAY!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! Because my husband had not met his deductible, we owned a HUGE amount of money. We sent what we could each month. Every time we got a statement, it had the same INCORRECT balance due and only showed 1 check we sent months prior! Do NOT TRUST THEM!!

I have always had great experiences with Dr. Horner. He is very open and honest with his patients and has a great bedside manner. Albeit the reason for seeing Dr. Horner may not be positive, my experiences with him and his office staff have always been.
