I go to Samantha Robinson and she is amazing! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. My husband sees Dr. Swauger and likes her. I prefer Sam. She is smart and vivacious.

I called them and set up an appointment. They took all my info and insurance over the phone. I waited almost a month to get seen, mainly due to COVID. I took a vacation day so I could see a doctor. When I arrive they tell me they don’t have me in the computer. The staff did not look professional at all. I was really upset about the miss communication but better off seeing a different doctor. I would not feel comfortable being seen by a doctor that hired staff like that.

She's great if you can get through to her. If it weren't for emergency supplies from my pharmacy I would have been out of medication for TWO weeks. I try multiple times a day along with my pharmacy and we can't get through. My husband has needed an appointment for for almost a month now and same thing we can't get a hold of anyone in the office.

Dr Aryersman and Dr Swauger both give excellent medical treatment and they helped me since 2013 and I have no complaints ..If a medication doesn't work then we talk things over to get a medication that does work

I absolutely love this practice Dr Swauger and Samantha Robison are great! They listen , they care, they make sure you are taken care of!

Dr. Swauger is a good family physician. But as far as the receptionists, ha, I don't think I could sum them up in one word. Need appointment, well they will decide if you need to see the doctor, message the doctor though the app, they will decide what to tell her. If she sends you a prescription, well they don't call you to tell you, the pharmacy calls to say your prescriptions in and you don't even know what you are prescribed. Blood work results well you better forget getting them cause they won't call you. Unless you have the app you don't get your results. If you decide to go here you better be ready to diagnose yourself you have better luck! They don't care. Its terrible, Especially if you were a patient of hers for a long time the staff was wonderful you were family and now you're not even a number, they dont care. Its a job and they just want to get the day over.
