Dr Molinero is arrogant, condescending, and blatantly refuses to answer any questions he feels he's above answering. He's a trash human & not much better as a surgeon. Highly recommend finding somewhere else.
I would give this place 0 stars if it would let me. Dr molinero was the rudest person i ever met. Basically told me i had to decide my own treatment for my broken arm and when i asked for his medical opinion he sd he wasn’t a fortune teller, if he was he would play the lottery and bet sports games. If you can’t give me a medical opinion then what is the point of even seeing a doctor isn’t that their job??? Every time I ask him a question he would give me attitude and totally rude answers if he would answer at all. he put me in the wrong brace and it is four months later now and I still can’t move my arm. I had to switch doctors and my new dr couldn’t believe the horrible care that I received if you could call it that at all. The secretaries wasn’t much better when I called to get my records transferred they basically wouldn’t do it because they were mad I was switching doctors. Unbelievable this place is even allowed to be called a doctors office. If you want any type of care at all dont go here.
Absolute scam. They charged me over $650 for a brace that costs $100 online and $150 to “apply splint” that I applied myself. $1100, and $350 after insurance for them to hand me a splint and tell me to go to another hand specialist. Go elsewhere.
They need nicer and more empathetic people answering the phones for scheduling.
Had a high ankle sprain. They never gave me any information on what to do to help it heal. 8 weeks later, the PA saw me.. guess the regular doctor was too busy. Told me that I should have been doing physical therapy to help heal. A year later still in pain. Not very happy with them, they did nothing to help me but give me a boot to wear. I would go to any other orthopedic group.
Was in total pain left knee, left feeling 75% betterNext morning, no pain
My mom had no issues with Dr. Pressman at the Rostraver location. She had both knees replaced about 5 years ago. One was bowed so bad Dr. Pressman said it was the worse he ever seen. Helped her out alot.
I had an appointment with Dr Nabors for treatment for a herniated disc. I am in severe pain in my shoulder, bicep, elbow, forearm and a couple of numb fingers.According to his Professional Summary, skills include “ Dedicated to providing the highest quality patient care with up-to-date treatment and skills”What that really means is I’ll give you 2 minutes, write a script for pain pills, suggest PT and come back in 2 weeks. I learned more about my injury from the internet. Why the hell would i go back? More pills? Why 2 stars? Dr Hennessy is worth 6. I meet with him the day prior and he went above and beyond to help me.
Husband had rotator cuff surgery. I will state this for a fact! After surgery the office was completely rude! They left him high and dry and after 12 days status post surgery was told go back to work! Lots more to this story of rudeness and absokutely no patient care but I will leave it at this! I do not recommend at all! If I could give zero I would.
Rude staff. Who ever answers the phone likes to hang up on you. She's done it to me twice now. She always has a bad tone too. Also I was supposed to have an appointment yesterday and when I showed up they were having a Corporate meeting. The lady asked me didn't anyone call you and reschedule. I said if they did do you think I'd be here. No one called me. She looks in the computer, it says you were rescheduled. I said NO ONE CALLED ME! Terrible. She said all I can say is sorry. I left work for this.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
