My son was schedule for immunizations for high school 3 months ago. This was the soonest he could get in. Since he is 17, I happened to call the office while he was on his way from school to the appointment. Just to make sure they didn’t need to talk to me first. The girl said he hasn’t been seen since 2018 so he is considered a new patient. Which then means my husband or myself would need to be with him. We both work FT. Why was this not told to us 3 months ago when it was scheduled? The school nurse was being patient since this appointment was so far in advance. I had to cancel the appointment, turn my son around, and reach out to the school nurse and apologize. I tried to call the office in Sandy Lake where we typically try to go and there was no answer. I wanted to just give them a heads up. But looks like they are getting a review instead, I tried! Girls are super nice though when you are seen, so I’ll give a couple of stars.

Our family absolutely loves Dr Brooks as our pediatrician! She is so patient, kind, and most of all compassionate. I have never loved a doctor so much. Any of my concerns, questions etc. are always answered in well detail! she is clearly well knowledged, and amazing at what she does! My kids love coming to her office! 100% the most amazing doctor! thank you for always helping my family!

The office in Titusville.. That I used to go to. Was of ABSOLUTELY NO HELP to me WHAT so EVER today!! When I called them. Trying to get a refill on the medication I need. In order for me to breathe!! With my COPD with Asthma!! Seeing as how their office was the last one to prescribe me said medication!! And told me to just go to the ER. Even though I had told them. I do Not drive. Not to mention finding a way back home from the ER. Plus waiting in the ER close to me takes FOREVER lately!! Plus the woman I talked to was kinda rude on the phone!! So basically even though I told them. That I have been having REALLY bad coughing fits at night. To the point that my limbs go NUMB!! The woman I spoke to. Basically could CARELESS!! In my opinion.... If you do NOT have a good bedside manner.. You should NOT work in the health field!! Even if you're just a secretary!! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the Titusville office!!

Worst place ever. My daughter had appointment in the evening time. Well turns out we got slammed with snow. So me as a parent I left 2 hours earlier from my home . I get to the appointment about 10 minutes late. I go to check her in and they refuse to see her. There is ton of snow on the ground. They were very nasty. This place needs a check. They will refuse you care and will discriminate against you if you have Medicaid . The front staff is very nasty and rude. Thanks for wasting my time and say refusing my daughter care that she needed.
