He is a very caring doctor. He listens to the me. He want you to want to be well as much as he wants you to be well. He has high expectations of me to follow his directions to get well. A fantastic doctor!

Dr. Reyer is great, he listens well and figures issues out. Wait times always seem to take long, maybe schedule more time for each patient would help?But the office staff, specifically the nurses that do callbacks can be more friendly and actually listen to the patient. Anytime that i have called for inquiry etc,not only it might take 2 days to get back, but i always have a nurse that either just rushes through the info or seems to have a i-am-better than-you attitude and has to argue/comeback with a response when asked a question. Maybe a little more training on etiquette and kindness would help. I understand that the office is probably understaff and super busy but a kind/helpful attitude can go along way, especially if the Doctor is really good at his job. It feels like to get to him, you have to put up with not-so-great staff. Is it worth it? We will see next time i guess.

A lot of my extended family are even patients of his. He is very good at listening to you and providing the care that you need.

Worse doctors office ever they go back in time and hold missed appointments against you and drop you like a bad habit not to mention you leave a message and they dont get back to you in a timely fashion they do not care about patients in it for the money

The doctor is nice, but the office staff and workers are a bit rude. They change their hours without telling anyone, and then when you are there during hours, they either don’t pick up the phone or don’t answer the door. They were incredibly rude to my brother. I had another incident where I arrived 5 minutes late due to a small address misunderstanding and they refused to keep my appointment, even though they were running behind. I went to this office over convenience, but now I am certainly going to change. The office and nurse staff issues aren’t worth dealing with. Dr. Reyer himself is decent enough, but I won’t put up with the rude office anymore

Dr. Reyer is super nice, takes his time and never makes you feel rushed. The girls in the office are also very pleasant and it never takes long to get an appointment.
