The staff changed in the last year at the Sarver office and the front desk lady is very snarky and rude. It’s hard to get sick appointments and then u have to pay more money for visits in the evening! I travel the extra 20 mins to Kittanning. They are friendly and nice.

Dr. Keppel is by far the best doctor we could have ever asked for. He's so down to earth but professional at the same time. The nurses as well are very kind (specifically Lisa--she's fabulous. She writes out each child's name on the table :)). We have been pleased for 12 years to call this our pediatrician's office.

Our Pediatrician is Doctor Lynch ... super professional, sweet and patient with our daughter .. he always gives us the best direction for the baby. I recommend this place! 👌

They did a great job with the kids. They helped fix the insurance problems and worked with us to get all the kids in without to much lost time. They were great with the kids.

No early call in hours to talk to a nurse for a "sick" consult. Never able to squeeze a very sick child in for a visit...or be told, wait till 5PM and maybe ?! Staff is too interested in their gossip and games to care. Have had to wait over an hour for a schedule "well visit" check-up with an appointment made weeks ahead of time. Oh and the Women's Clinic next door, don't be surprised to hear voices and screams through the paper thin walls. That was difficult to explain to an 8 year old.

They said I was late for my appointment, I was scheduled for 10:30am. I walked in at 10:37am. She told me I would need to wait until the end of the morning to be seen or wait 6 weeks for the next appointment! Receptionist was rude, the waiting room was not full. I explained my 19 year old daughter needed an appointment before she left for college, end of August was too late. She gave no option but to wait. It’s currently 11:30am still not in a room, I asked to release her records so I could find a new doctor she told me 6weeks to release info ha don’t to be sent to a doctors office. Nobody was helpful, not friendly, your just a number to them. Made me wait, I signed a release and I’m moving on to a doctor that treats you like a person. Jennifer Cohen Mother

This is by far the best doctors office you will find! The staff is friendly, not just at the sarver location but at every CCP office we've been to. They take their time, they know my daughter by name as soon as we walk in, you can tell they really care. You're not just a patient there. It really is a family atmosphere and you feel comfortable. The doctors are amazing. The front desk staff is wonderful, and the care your child will receive here is top notch. If you are looking for a new doctor for you little ones, this is the place you want to go!
