For starters, I went 2 times and him and his nurse were coughing up a storm both times. To the point where if I wasn’t waiting so long in the room, I would have walked out especially during these COVID times. Next, his nurse was supposed to send an insurance authorization request within 1-2 days as she told me. It has been over a week, and I can’t get a hold of her. I tried multiples times a day for the past few business days and have left voicemails. She is not returning them. This scan needs to be done soon not only for my health, but also for insurance purposes. I am so fed up.

I have been with Dr. Brutico since 2004. He performed Rhinoplasty on my crooked and large Italian nose. I had a deviated septum also. I love what he did, he made my nose look like a woman’s nose, not my fathers. I have allergies so it didn’t help with breathing any better, all I do is use saline solution and I breath fine. Everyone loved my new nose but I love it more. Dr. Brutico made me pretty and I’m forever thankful.

Expect 2-3 week wait time with test results and this is after several attempts of calling and leaving messages asking for the results. They do not follow up well after initial appointment.

Best ENT doctor I’ve yet visited. Only waited 20 minutes, was very thorough and explained to me my condition, and proceeded with the procedure. I no longer have any ear pain to speak of. Staff was polite, clean place. Very nice man.

The worst place you can go to. You have to wait hours in line for your appointment and months to get another one. This place is a joke.
