Dr Grad admittedly failed to review my mother's medical chart before performing her colonoscopy. Had he done so, he stated he never would have done the procedure on such a high risk patient. Mom is now gone, the victim of a physician who got complacent. I hope he learned from his mistake.
Dr. Grad never sees me. His Nurse sees me at visits and writes scrips. When trying to call all I get is answering machine and if I'm lucky I get a call back the next day.
First visit consultation. PA did all work for him. Dr. Grad opened door, stood in doorway & announced erroneously that "adhesions don't cause pain"! Then walked out. Never talked w/me or asked me anything. There was no consultation. I later had adhesions removed, 2 of which were tightly attached to my colon on both the left & right sides. I would not recommend Dr . Grad to ANYONE. Suggest that he checks his arrogance at the door, learns to have an actual conversation with patients & return to med school. Actual Rating Is "0" stars!
I was in the hospital and he did not see me the day of the endoscopy except for one minute after the procedure, he did not see me the next day and sent his resident who was not familiar with the results, the third day he did not see me or did any one of his staff, the fourth day his Nurse Practitioner saw me and said that he would come to see me before my discharge, but he never came. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, nor would my wife who is a physician and who was appalled at the level of care he gave.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
