Dr. Connors is my primary doctor and is a great one at that. I believe he cares about his patients and what they're going through. One of the biggest things that I've noticed with him, in comparison to previous doctors, is that he doesn't seem to be in a rush to finish the appointment. Sure, you can go in for a checkup and see him for 5 minutes and that's that. But in my experience, if you go to him with an issue, he doesn't rush you and will sit down and genuinely talk to you. He explains everything clearly and will go into detail when needed. I hope to never have to find another doctor.

If your receptionist doesn't have the answers to a patients concerns or questions and doesn't have the medical background to do so please don't call my house getting frustated when we are trying to understand what u are saying. This is because they are asking questions that are not being explained correctly. In my opinion all that needs to be said is that " I DON'T KNOW ".Just say " I don't know" . People are concerned with their health . Maybe the Dr office isn't a good fit for you or maybe she needs to adjust her tone.

Great doctor. He really cares about his patients, very knowledgeable & really listens to the patient. No long waiting to go back to a room. The front staff is excellent, very friendly & knowledgeable. His nurse & Physician assistants are great too.

Dr. Connors is very personable and professional and is dedicated to the care and welfare of all of his patients.

Great doctor. Really cares about his patients. No long waits to get back for your appt. Staff is great too. The girls at the front desk are great, very nice.

Spends as much time as needed to explain and listen to questions. Also follows up as promised. Switching to Dr. Connors was a great decision.

I have been seeing Dr Connors for over a year. Have no issues with him. He nice and seems to be concerned for his patients. But at times I don't get direct answers while in office. Sometimes I get either calls to go for test or letters. He tells me one thing at the office and another later. I seem to have to go to ER then call office tell them, then I'm told to go for test. I need a Dr to tell me what he wants done etc. I don't need to feel I'm pushed aside while in office. The office staff is better then it was, but they leave there answering service on for lunch to long. Besides that can't expect much better from doctors in northeast Pennsylvania. I am updating my previous post, Dr. Connors and the office have gotten a lot better. They get me right in, call me with issues call me to have test done. Dr. Connors is very concerning for his patients as I see and he will not leave any stone UN turned.
