Dr Lewis was dismissive and did not even perform a physical examination. Blood tests ordered by my GP (which I brought copies of the results) were not reviewed. Very unprofessional, do not recommend. Brings a bad name to doctors.

Dr Lewis is one of the most considerate, caring and compassionate Drs I have met - and I have met a lot! His ability to listen to the patient is refreshing, and his approach to medicine is nuanced and founded in evidence-based research. I left feeling supported, listened to, and hopeful. If you are looking for a true patient-centred collaborative health experience, you’ve found it.

After 10 years of post viral and autoimmune symptoms and multiple visits to specialists in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne I was referred to Dr Daniel Lewis and after three sessions finally feel confident that I’m being treated by someone with the most current and up to date knowledge of research, testing and treatment options. Dr Lewis understands the frustration I feel with the health journey and has been the first Doctor to take the time to understand my history, condition, symptoms, and offer treatments that have already made a positive impact. When my husband asks about my appointments I tell him each time how relieved and reassured I feel to be in the right care and to know that there’s finally hope for the future. Dr Lewis a kind, extremely well read, listens carefully and is willing to explore the things I read to him that have been revealed in the latest journal articles (which thankfully he is also already familiar with and using to help his patients rather than rely on outdated knowledge like many practitioners). I only wish I found him 10 years ago. Extremely grateful to have found him. My GP has connections to all the best specialists in Melboune so I’m also thankful to her for referring Dr Lewis as one of Melbourne’s best and brightest.

Dr Daniel Lewis is very easy to talk to and he is an excellent rheumatologist. He thoroughly investigates the situation and finds the right solution. I have suffered from chronic rheumatoid arthritis for many years and I was heading for life in a wheelchair. Dr Daniel Lewis has given me a new lease of life after just over a month on his treatment. Will ignore what’s right in front of him, main objective to sell what’s on his website. Won’t take into consideration your diagnosis especially if a complex case. Will waste your time with an initial appointment but won’t take you on. Cuts you off when talking only to dismiss you. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Are all the positive reviews fake, or does he pick and choose his patients and goes for the easily manipulated ones that will buy his stuff.

To be honest I wouldn’t waste your time going to him. Even if you have a diagnosis he will challenge you on the proof and say you look fine. Then will tell you to eat vegetables and do yoga. Ill save you the money and just do yoga if you want to follow this path. Otherwise see a rheumatologist who is willing to help and monitor your condition correctly and efficiently.

I would not recommed seeing this doctor. He spent more time on phone and internet trying to find information for my husband and was unsuccessful. He referred to my husband by wrong name throughout zoom meeting and chastised me for asking him a question. Expensive appointment for no service.

I cant speak more highly of Dr Daniel Lewis and his secretary, Tina. From the very start of our first phone call, I could tell this was a very well organised, extremely competent practice with extreme knowledge and absolute care for their patients. The details of your disease that Dr Lewis requires before the first consultation, shows he doesn’t want to waste any time or your money but only move forward to finding out what would be the best direction for his patients. Dr Lewis is also open to looking at what can be done holistically in a patients life to help their disease but also has no hesitation to cover all bases and will recommend the correct medication if needed. This is why I chose Dr Lewis above anyone in Perth because I needed to find someone that would listen to my every word and what I was going through, but was also willing to work with me, to find out how to manage my Rheumatoid the best way I felt happy with. I am so grateful I had been recommended to his Practice and feel so fortunate that I am able to do Telehealth consultations to him from Perth to St Kilda.

I couldn't ask for a better rheumatologist than Dr Lewis. He takes a holistic approach and has supported me in making lifestyle changes to manage my RA and as a result I have been able to cut back the medication I am taking to a very low dose. He happily answers any questions I have and listens to my concerns. He is always positive and reassuring and a calming influence. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Dr Lewis has been my only rheumatologist and I could not be more happy with him. He is empathetic, kind and positive. He fits me in if I ever need an emergency appointment and has helped me immensely with pain management. I highly recommend him.
