I have never had a Doctor take the time and have a good treatment plan. Their front office staff is also amazing.Dr Skubick has helped me not lose hope. Carol (front office staff) jumped through hoops to get pre auths for me and help me find affordable testing. I am so grateful.

Was 30 mins late for my appointment. When I asked why-he pounded on his desk. Sent me for injections to Jefferson Hospital which cost almost $2,500.00. When I asked my insurance company why the fee- they told me the procedure he put me through was "expermental". At NO point did he inform me of this. Time to retire old man!!!!

I would also like to comment on the office staff. My mother had covid and passed away in August. I had an appointment scheduled when she was leaving this world. I sent an text message and a message via the Patient Portal. I informed Carol that I would miss my scheduled appointment because my mother passed away. She replied "Fine". Well its not "fine" to me. In a word- HORRIBLE! Went to an appointment- was called back 30 mins. after my appointment time. I asked why he was so late (10am)- he proceeded to Pound on his desk and inform me that he was helping people. Dr. Skubick was referred to me for chronic migraines. I found it very easy to make an appointment as a new patient. He was very easy to talk with and he, his staff, and his nurse have all been wonderful to deal with. I have found everyone to be very responsive and caring about me as a patient.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this doctor secretary in attempting to schedule an appointment with his North Wales office. I was recommended to try this new office through my insurance company. I strongly encourage any considering becoming a patient run quickly from this office. His secretary was the rude, unwilling to help the patient obtain records (which normal offices complete) and yelling me over the phone. I will be contacting my insurance company, and PCP to share my experience. Please save yourself the hassle.
