There is not enough room to extol how terrible this “Dr.” is. She’s condescending, and when asked to change an upcoming MRI from my chronic back to a recent wrist injury she grabs my wrist and starts twisting it and says..”you’re fine.” A friend at Sunnybrook managed to get me in later and the orthopaedic surgeon said the tear of my wrist ligament was so severe there were bone fragments throughout my palm. But thanks to her malpractice, it was too late to surgically repair. It still bothers me five years later. Fast forward to a new Dr. that is treating me for Long Covid who was alarmed with my high blood iron levels and wanted to compare it to blood work she did in 2018. She DID NOT alert me to the dangerous iron levels recorded then NOR the HIGH Cholesterol. I should have been managing the iron since before it was allowed to damage organs, plus get my cholesterol numbers down. She should be disciplined for her arrogance and blatant incompetence. These are just the highlights, she is worse in every way than ANY Dr. you can find to replace her. I did!

Her bedside manner is horrible. She made me cry more than once, I had to change doctor as she refused to help me. I did the best thing when I got my medical file and went to another doctor.

She is a horrible Dr that does not care about her patients. Just a horrible person.

She is terrible. Bedside manner is just horrible. She passed serve judgement and doesn’t listen to Jer patients. Told my mom she was a drug addict and I was appalled. My mom is not a drug a addict but was prescribed pain meds for her back. After this horrible horrible experience we left her care and found such an amazing doctor.

I needed to see Dr. Fulton due to to a mental health concern. She was patient, and let me talk. She listened to me and got me on the path to wellness. Staff are always pleasant, I have never had a long wait.

I agree, terrible bedside manor. I avoid going to her at all costs because I never feel heard or any type of compassion. She was terrible judgmental on my very first appointment with her and broke the clinical patient trust at that point. It has never been regained.

Dr. Fulton's bedside manner is terrible and I have left her office crying because of the way I was spoken to. She passes judgment and carries herself with a negative attitude when during visits. Dr. Fulton does not make me feel listened to when I present my concerns to her. Would not recommend her as a family doctor.

TLDR; I have been traumatized within Dr. Fulton's care and have decided to find a new family doctor because of it. My experiences since I was a young teenager have been nothing but negative. During a sensitive procedures around sensitive areas of my body, I have felt uncomfortable, triggered, disgusting, not heard or listened to, nor was I treated with any kind of respect. Her questions surrounding if I was okay with where she was putting her hands was a check in the box to proceed. Verbally I did say yes, but when she proceeded with the examinations, I was either on the verge of tears, or was crying on her table. Her attitude when it came to me was beyond upsetting that writing this review has my heart rate climbing. I won't go into more detail than I need to, but please. If you want to be treated with respect and you want a family doctor who listens to your feelings, and most importantly believes them, then I implore you to find another practitioner. Her assistant was the only one who was kind, felt badly for me, held my hand, and comforted me. The receptionists were also nothing but kind and friendly towards me.

Phenomenal, caring, professional. So happy with all of my experiences (even though no one likes to go to the doctor!)

This comment section is not long enough for me to extol all of Dr. Fulton's praises. She is the most sophisticated family doc I have ever encountered, despite her relative young age. Like many said here. she does not just treat your body. She treats your whole being. Dr. Fulton also gets to know you and cares who you are as a person. I feel she's not only my doctor, but my health advocate. She will leave no stone unturned to help you and she will walk with you as far as you need to go if (G-d forbid) there is anything wrong with you. She's the best and her staff are wonderful too.
