Staff is horrible and Dr Gerstein doesn't care. Would not even return a call. Prescription nurse Doris plays doctor with patients. Also manager Jill will back her up. HORRIBLE GONE

He saved my husband's life he caught his cancer before it spread he's so nice and friendly and for a person who is so busy he's very calm

Dr. Gerstein accurately diagnosed my condition and carefully explained my treatment options. I had a definite feeling that he was working with me, not just telling me what course to take. I have continued my association with him for 10 years and appreciate that he takes adequate time, no feeling of being in a rush, and also that he engages in back and forth conversation, rather than just “talking at me.”

These people are so bad. No one returns calls. Doris on the nurse prescription desk and Jill the office manager are very hard to work with and apparently Dr Gerstein didn't want to even return a call. No one should have to deal with these people and this patient will certainly find a new urologist whose staff is better then they ever were.

My family's experience was stressful and I do not recommend Gerstein. His staff did not communicate with his patient, nor did staff feel compelled to communicate with Gerstein. I am shocked to find a medical office in this day and age with this level of incompetence. The office lacks any modicum of compassion, professionalism, or personal skills. It is out-dated and missing the point.

I'm a pretty new patient for Dr Gerstein, so I don't know how much weight my opinion holds, but first impressions are that he's very knowledgeable and very willing to explain procedures and diagnosis in detail to his patients. I felt like I had his full attention during my appointment and he was willing to answer any questions.

I have been associated with Dr. Gerstein for over 5 years. I am on a maintenance / annual visit to prevent future issues. Dr. Gerstein and his staff are top notch. They all show care and concern about me. Dr. Gerstein makes the time for me and makes sure all my concerns/questions are answered. I highly recommend Dr Gerstein and his staff.

He takes the time to talk to you and answer your questions. He has been taking care of me for six years in February 2021. He is honest and tells you why he is treating your condition the way he is. I feel very confident in dealing with him. If I could I would give him ten stars.
