List of Penn Neurology Sellersville's Reviews
The worst office staff ever! Very hostile and rude! If it wasn’t for how wonderful Dr. Feldman is, I would call somewhere else.
1 star for the doctor and nurse as they were good. Otherwise, I wouldn’t give this facility any stars. I had an appointment in June. I was on time and waited an hour to be seen for 10 minutes. It’s a 3 hour round trip drive for me since I haven’t been able to find a facility who can see me in less than 6-9 months. I had a follow up visit on August 3 at 3pm. I took the afternoon off from work for the appointment, got stuck in traffic, and called the office to let them know I was running 20-30 minutes late. The admin said I would not be seen, because my appointment was at 3. I said no, I’m on my way, can you move someone around? She said no, we don’t do that. I said OK, I’ll come to the office and wait to see if someone doesn’t show up or if the doctor can fit me in. She said no, you can’t do that. You must reschedule. I lost 3 hours of work that day. I was rescheduled for the next day at noon. I arrived at 11:50 am and was not seen until 1pm for 15 minutes. I lost 4 hours of work that day. While I was waiting for an hour, a woman came in and spoke to the admin. She didn’t have an appointment but had a question about her medication. She was seen within 10 minutes, while I continued to wait for an hour. There were 2 people in the waiting room including me. This facility expects patients to wait an hour to be seen, however, if a patient is running behind, they can’t accommodate that which doesn't make sense when patients must wait an hour to be seen. A terribly run facility with admin that has no respect for people’s time and gives special treatment to some patients – and if you’re not one of those patients, you’re out of luck.
I was concerned after reading other reviews here, However, we were in search for a Neurologist for our son and I was willing to go wherever I could get him seen without having to wait 6-9 months for an appointment. I must say I thought the office staff was extremely friendly, kind, and caring!!! My son has been dealing with stuff for 6 months and we finally got answers from Ryan Whitcomb. He was so helpful and I honestly feel like we are on the right path to helping our son feel better. Thank you so much everyone at Penn Neurologist!
Front desk staff are beyond rude avoid
Love the staff, the efficiency of their work and the doctors.
Was fine until Penn bought them. Now the number routes to Penn in Center City and they refuse to even transfer you to the office or help you with your issue. Penn is completely inept and useless.
Been a patient there for 7 or 8 years, mostly EMG testing and surgical referral. Went there today with a prescription for EMG testing and they acted like I had never been there before. After looking at my insurance card, the front desk said they were bought out by Penn Medicine a year ago and "Penn" won't take my Keystone 65 Insurance. So, congratulations to Jefferson/Abington, here I come!
The physicians here are fine but the front office staff does not know insurance. They refused to give me an appointment because I have Medicare plus a supplement and they do not accept the supplement company's ADVANTAGE plans. No one seemed to understand that a SUPPLEMENT s NOT the same as an ADVANTAGE plan. I was referred to U of PA billing office where I encountered the same level of ignorance.
Stay far away from Penn Neurology. The staff are extremely rude and judgmental. The lady neurologist that I saw was nice though. But I will still never go back because the other people made it an awful experience
Dr Whitcomb and Dr Feldman. Excellent doctors. Worth the drive to Sellersville.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
