Fantastic doctor. You must ask questions and he will thoroughly answer them. Very patient, takes all the time you need.

We quit him after years. His office staff is rude. When my mother was admitted with abdominal pain and if I didn’t push for a second ct scan of her abdomen she would be dead now She had a perforated colon. AKA peritonitis. Then had to have emergency surgery. She was in the hospital for 5 weeks.

I have been seeing Dr. O’Donnel for 20 years. His was my mother’s, my wife’s, my children’s doctor. Very thorough, compassionate, and overall a great doctor.

Office is very slow. Takes an hour after you arrive to just get out of the waiting room. Another hour to see him once you get back to the room. His bed side manner lacks. He's not open minded and tends not to listen to his patients. Be prepared to spend all afternoon at his office. Apt at 2:15. Got out at 4:55.

Called to schedule an appointment...I got talked to like i was a child very rude receptionist ... I’m good off that I’ll find somewhere else to go!!!

Dr. O’Donnell is a caring, very patient and thorough physician who spent over an hour for a new appointment. He listened and asked questions to understand what was the best plan for care.

I have seen Dr O’donnel and going to their office over 19 years. They have the best service and I am hopping he never get retired. Ladies at front desk always available to answer to your questions and they always very helpful.

It takes over an hour to be seen here... EVERY time. Front desk also not nice

The receptionist is rude appointment time was 330 it's now 431 still in lobby. What a joke
