David Provenzano's Online Review Report Card

I'm 74. Had major back surgery in the bad old days many years ago that fortunately worked out well until around six years ago. Then developed increasingly sever back pain. Had a laminectomy done, which did not relieve the pain. Then had a knee replaced which did not go well, resulting in severe knee pain. Since drugs were not an option, sought help from Dr. Provenzano at Pain Diagnostics. After discussing options, used injected anesthetic to isolate specific nerve junctions causing pain. This was done on both back and knee. This was the precursor to a radio frequency nerve burn in the identified areas. Two procedures were done, knee first to then back. Both outpatient and relatively painless. It took a few weeks after each procedure to become completely effective. The result was that I was almost 100% pain free. Downside is that it lasts 2-3 years and then the pain came back and I had to do it again. Small price to pay. Have had his done 3x times and really enjoy lack of pain and mobility and enjoy ability to do any activity. He is a leader in this field and has other options that may be better for you.

Dr. Provenzano and his team are a God-send! I was referred to them by another medical practitioner, whom I respect deeply. There are closer pain management practices near me, but I will gladly drive 40 minutes to his office to receive the quality care that they provide. The treatment plan that they prescribed for me is working wonders. His office staff are helpful and courteous. If you are seeking relief from long term pain I would highly recommend Dr. Provenzano and his team; you won’t be sorry!

I was having neck and shoulder pain with terrible headaches. I went to Provenzano because he gave my husband excellent care. I had an x ray and some PT that did nothing for me after a few visits I felt like he was not listening. I ended up going to a neurologist who diagnosed me with Optical neuralgia which I have been getting nerve blockers for with success. Just today I got by email from his office an article about Optical Neuralgia and the treatments etc. It made me mad that I get this article when he didn't have the time to consider this while I was suffering with it. I had recommended him to two of my friends who had the same experience although with different problems. I wonder why my husband received such good care when myself and two other women were treated with such disregard. He is a good doctor but definitely treats women different than men.

Absolutely the best doctor I ever had and their team are very professional I would recommend coming here! If I could give more than 5 🌟 I would!

I could not be more pleased with Dr. Provanzano. I now am 100% pain free.

I have had severe back and left leg pain for several years due to spinal stenosis. The pain had decreased my mobility significantly. My daughter found Dr Provenzano online and his reviews were excellent so I made an appointment and it was the best decision I could ever have made. I had a MILD. Procedure done 2 weeks ago and the pain is almost gone and I have been able to do things I have not been able to do for at least the last year. I would strongly recommend this doctor to anyone dealing with chronic pain. He made it possible for me to start my journey to regaining quality in my life and I am so thankful. Also he has the best staff ever they have been there to help me on this journey as well.

Dr Provenzano and his excellent staff significantly reduced the pain and cyatica caused by a bulging disc at S1. Dr Provenzano inspired me to do my best at PT with Steve Hoffman’s group and I get stronger every day. He also addressed several cervical spine issues that were so painful I couldn’t drive and barely get any sleep. In 1 month I’m almost pain free. Thank you Doctor Provenzano and your staff! Dr P and all of the staff were great. Dr P fixed my pain in 3months after a year of major pain in my back.

If you are having issues with pain I highly recommend Dr. Provenzano. He is skilled in all new procedures and will work with you to find help for your pain. He has helped tremendously with my back pain His staff is great. Very nice, knowledgeable and caring. I rarely write reviews. I know what it’s like to have severe pain and would like others to get relief as well
