Dr. Kostrub takes time to listen, and shows genuine care for each of her patients. I’m a RN, and she is who I chose to see. I’ve referred her to family and friends, and she is their primary care as well, as they all love her.

As I began to have more health issues, she started treating me more like a number, most times not getting back to me for days. Then, having chest pains, I called after hours and talked with the other doctor that night and was told that Dr. Kostrub would get back to me the next morning, but I never heard from her. I messaged her about how I felt, and in that and 2 or 3 other replies to messages, I was told by her that if I wasn't happy, then I can find a different doctor. I now have an appointment for a new primary care physician. A couple weeks ago I had to go to the emergency room and leave before I received my results. To have my results explained I had to make an appointment. I have ADHD and experience time blindness. Running late, I called to see if I could still make it and was told that she said, "No and if this happens again, you'll be removed as a patient." A doctor should understand ADHD and it's symptoms, but again, this is what she actually wants. I'm too much work for her.

Very pleased with out first visit and the staff is awesome as well. I see myself being a permanent patient with Dr. Kostrub.

Dr. Justin Kostrub is great. Doesn't push unnecessary scripts, which I appreciate.. She has been spot on with any ailments I've had, her recommendations worked. She even enjoys (tolerates) a few of my Web MD self diagnoses.

She isn’t very personable and very stingy with scripts because even healthy she wants you the every 6 month. She also writes on scripts earliest she wants pharmacy to fill rather than based upon what insurance covers
