She gave me adequate time to discuss my concerns and answer questions following examination. I did not feel that she rushed me in the slightest and spent time answering questions. She provided excellent feedback on follow up with my genetic counselor due to some issues I brought up with her.

I needed help finding an alternative HRT medication related to cost and I was told “I’m too busy for that, you will have to contact your insurance provider.” She was in a rush after I waited 40 or so minutes to even see her. She did the breast exam with me sitting up. I’ve never had that before. An overall unpleasant and frustrating experience.

If I could leave a lower star rating I would. Dr. Santerini was the on call provider for when I called to leave a message for my doctor I see and the person who answered forwarded me to her out of concern. This doctor just told me it was the end of the day and that if I wanted my concern addressed I should have called earlier in a very rude manner. I had told her I understood and was just wanting to leave a message for my doctor to return on Monday. Instead I was criticized for just trying to address the concern with MY doctor. If this how she would treat a stranger who was forward to her out of concern I couldn't imagine going to her for anything less or more.

Not thorough and doesn't listen. I came in because I wasn't sure if I was ovulating, I had charts and graphs of data. She didn't even look at them. Didn't listen to anything I said, and went on the prescribe a generic battery of tests that I had already taken, making me start from square one. Would not recommend.

Terrible Gyn. She hurt me during the pap smear snd rectal exam. I have never been treated so roughly in my life. Never uttered and audible pain sound in my life. Will never go to her again.

She was my doctor in 1995 for my second pregnancy. She told me and my husband I had a blighted Ovum (False pregnancy) and to schedule a DNC immediately. I refused and my child is now 23. My girlfriends thought I made it up. 2 months later my girlfriend came to me crying because she told her too she had a blighted ovum and needed an immediate DNC. I told her not to go. Her child now is a USAF fighter pilot.

I have only good things to say about Dr. Santerini. She has a great bedside manner, explains things well, and answers all of my questions. She had done a Pap, a cervical biopsy, and a D&C for me in 2017. I saw her again in Sept. of 2019 for an exam, because of some concerns that I had.

She’s no nonsense, so if you feel like you need a coddle, she’s not the one you will want. I love her. She has her own birthing experiences and is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I trust her and her abilities 100%. She kept me informed and allowed me to make my own decisions without question. She’s a wonderful doctor.

She made me feel crazy and like I was just a child complinging about nothing. She said she couldn’t help me and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She told me I was just having cramps and refused to look into it any farther even tho endometriosis runs in my family and I was in horrible pain. It was a horible feeling For my pain to be dismissed. I found a new doctor and needed surgery for my endometriosis. Please don’t go to her she is rude and condescending and no woman should feel the way I felt after leaving her office.

Safe to say my entire experience with her and her staff was quite appalling & humiliating. It appears she made a clear assessment of what she thought was wrong with me for whatever reason. Was asked to take a bunch of tests that was likely tied to my accent rather than my complaints and insisted after all the tests came back negative, that I should go back to my general practitioner. She was not the 1st doctor I was seeing for this issue and I only went over to her practice because I just moved from another state but her clear disregard for my prior history and ignoring my complaints was quite distasteful. Her staff was clearly taking from her lead as they relayed the test results in the most condescending tone with the intent of just getting me off the phone & the practice. I was practically begging for a follow up which should be the norm since I still had these complaints but to no avail. I clearly made a big mistake making an appointment with this doctor and I implore others to beware.
