Clinic worked with me throughout the process. I did their virtual consult in November and was supposed to go for an in person consult in December and January (both on their Saturday appt days!) but had to cancel on my end because of big snow storms. After the second cancellation I asked if I could just come in for a same day consult and treatment if I qualified and they said yes :) A week later I had an appt where I came in at 10, finished my consult and testing by 12, took a little snack break and then had surgery at 1. The treatment itself took less than 10 minutes, wasn’t painful or scary at all, and then I was out the door. I was so worried before hand as I have ptsd and anxiety, but each person from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor to the surgeon sat me down and answered every single question I had and checked in with me throughout the process.<br><br>I had my 1 day follow up 19 hours post surgery and was already seeing 20/15. I’m now on week 3 of healing and haven’t had any issues beyond a little dry eye (normal they prescribe you eye drops for the first month and I’ve needed them less and less every day). My astigmatism is so much better as well. I still get a little bit of spikes at night on bright lights, but they’ve been shrinking over the last couple weeks and are getting better by the day.

I went from scheduling my yearly exam to having LASIK a week later. Everyone was very friendly and the doctor talked through the entire process. Only regrets are waiting this long l.

This was the greatest gift I ever bought for myself. You are laying in the exam table for 5 minutes, that is what it really all comes down to, 5 minutes and you’re done. You life will literally change in 5 quick minutes. zero pain. Heck, the dilation drops were worse than the actual procedure. Every single person is so very nice and encouraging = 10 stars on professionalism. Watch a Youtube video of a procedure start to finish, it will calm your nerves and then just get it done.

All the staff were great! They answering my truck load of questions, very expeditiously and are very professional at what they do. Ended up getting my surgery the same day as my consultation and I am 110% happy that I went to TLC/ LASIK PLUS!

Very kind, caring, and professional from my first appointment to my last. I had the LASIK in my one eye and PRK in the other eye. I was nervous about the PRK, but the recovery was not that bad in my opinion. The LASIK recovery was a breeze. I would do it again.Thank you for such a wonderful experience and for my amazing vision! You all are wonderful!
