Tamra REFUSED to provide the medical license of the people working here and hung the phone up.

Doctor refused to vaccinate our child because we were 15 minutes late to the appointment. The office was an hour from us and the only appointment UPMC had available this month, which is why we drove so far to this office. The receptionist told us that "vaccine schedules don't matter" and rescheduled us for another appointment 3 weeks out. I don't know why receptionist are giving parents (incorrect) medical advice, or why the doctor refused to give our child medical treatment in an attempt to teach the importance of punctuation. If you're going to schedule people an hour away instead of their home office, be a little more considerate, or at least mention that the entire road to your office is under construction.
