This guy is exceptional at what he does. For those who Complain about the Wait remember Good things take Time. He's Worth the wait.

Office manager incredibly rude and threatening over records. Long waits up to 4 hours in the past. Usually does not answer calls and are not open. Used a student from Seton Hill to do a procedure on me without Dr. English in the room. Had enough, changed doctors.

USUALLY LIKE THEM BUT THIS TIME 2 IN 1 COMPLAINT. JUNIOR TOLD MY INSURANCE WOULDNT COVER A PRESCRIPTION BUT HE SENT IT IN ANYWAY(WAS EITHER $50 OR $75) YOUD THINK THEY/HE WOULD CALL IN WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN USING. I AM SUPPOSE TO CALL THIS MONTH TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT DONT THINK I'M GONNA DO IT.

I asked him what the cause of my issue was and what are some preventions and he was very arrogant. Wouldn’t directly talk to me about what preparations he had to make for the procedure, brushed my questions off and told the nurse to have me just “take my shirt off” instead of a gown. He didn’t go into much detail, and made me very uncomfortable. I won’t be going back, and if you can just don’t waste your time here. There’s other places.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!! VERY INSENSITIVE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH TAKING ALL THERE CLOTHES OFF EVEN THO THEY ARE ONLY LOOKING AT MY ARM !!! They starting bashing Me about why I wouldn't take ALL of my clothes off and they wouldn't treat me and told me since I wouldn't show them all my skin they wouldn't fully help me !!!

I waited almost an hour in the waiting room. Then an additional 15 mins in the exam room. The Dr seems nice but was rushing around. I'll be finding a different dermatologist.

No respect for your time. Took my mother to to him and we waited 45 minutes after her appointment time before taking her in the back. Then a long wait to see the doctor. Some people thing their time is more important than yours.

Utterly horrible bedside manner. He seemed like he was in a rush the whole time. Gave me a diagnosis and a pamphlet, told me it was “going to be a long road”. Went on to complain about my PCP right in front of me. Warned me he was going look under my gown (which was where the problem area was) but didn’t really ask for my permission. The nurse was just as rude as he was. Gave me some topical ointment and that was it. The waiting area was beautiful and relaxing but it has to be, because your spending hours there waiting to be seen. DON’T GO HERE, There are better dermatologists.

Left me waiting for an hour past our appointment time for 2 impatient toddlers to be seen. Absolutely no reason to make a patient wait this long.

If your appointment is at 1130 and it is 1 and you still haven't been called back there is a problem. Guess I will find another dermatologist unless something changes.
