Deserves NO stars.....Do yourself a favor and DONT GO HERE! Find a practice that cares. For the past week I have tried getting my records transferred out. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone in person. I stopped in the office (Somerset location) 3 times over the past week during business hours, the office was black. No lights, no receptionist. I just called, was on hold for 15 mins someone picked up I heard them say "why would I..." click HUNG UP ON! So glad to be leaving this practice. I have had numerous bad visits here. Rude staff, not all are rude but there were quite a few.

Dr. Camacho and his staffs are all amazing. He did great on my pre, during, post op surgery. Superb bed side manner as a doctor. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my question. Glad to be his patient. Highly recommended. ????

I have had two recent appointments as to which I waited over 45 mins to be seen. The 1st appointment was mid day and I understand offices get behind I didnt let that discourage me. Although at the 1st appointment they wanted to do a lot of testing that had already been done at a recent hospital visit with in 2 days prior to my appointment and secondly when booking the appointment I had asked what all would take place and the receptionist / scheduler said nothing about in office testing or I could have had my results printed off and brought them along with me to this appointment to move things fwd faster. Fast fwd to making the second appointment. I was to have an ultrasound and a follow up appointment. Scheduled both of these at the same time. I advised the Scheduler that I had work it was very important that I was the first patient seen that day she assured me that I was on for an 0800 apt that if I came 15mins early they would start my ultrasound 1st and then I would see the doctor directly afterwards so there was not a hold up she estimated I would be finished by 0830 and on my way. I checked in 15mins early was taken directly back to an exam room and triaged and sat there for 45mins while I could hear the doctor speaking about a step brother being a lawyer and on and on about no related or non pressing matters. I finally was unable to wait any longer because I had to leave due to the fact at this point I was going to be late for work. I walked out of the exam room at 0845 the nurse said oh the doctor was on the way in as I could see the doctor was still sitting at the desk. I apologized and told them I was unable to wait any longer. On my lunch break that day I called in to hopefully reschedule the visits to find out that an Ultrasound was not needed as I had it done already... hmm go figure I did tell the office this multiple times and the Scheduler advised me she couldn't guarantee I was the first patient of the day. I asked why and she said because there are alot of times we over book our schedule to fit more patients in. I said so if book an appointment out 2 months that is the first of the day you can't guarantee I'll be seen as the first patient. She said no they were unable to do that. I have worked in the Healthcare industry for 10+years and Im unsure how your 1st appointment of the day that is scheduled at 0800 is not the first to be seen. I guess every practice is ran differently.

Dr. Camacho is good at what he does, but does not have good beside manor. I asked him about getting my tubes tied, because medically I am not advised to have children. He told me I had at least 3 years before he would even consider it, because I am “young” and might meet Mr. Right and he may change my mind. He added that his colleges would look down on him for preforming a permanent surgery on someone my age.

I have always had wonderful experiences with Dr. Camacho. He is always willing to take time to explain various treatment options. He delivered my second child and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Doctor Camacho delivered all 3 of my children. By the third pregnancy (3 yrs ago) he called me by the wrong name, more than once, dismissed my concern and was never fully present when I was in his care. He got into the delivery room far too late and his bedside manner was not that of a professional, or even like my previous births. I very much thought seeking up about my concerns would be a huge sign of disrespect so I kept it in. f you complain you're labeled and if you don't you're ignored.
