Have been a patient for 17 years. Dr. Butler has always quickly responded to any concerns I have had. Asked about references for a surgeon, pleased with her suggestions. I am a very loyal patient of Dr. Butler.

Dr. Butler is always very nice to me, and knows exactly what medicine I need! She is a good doctor!

Dr. Butler was efficient, listened to me and gave me the necessary referrals needed to continue the healing process.

Id give a ZERO if possible. These “professionals” are precisely the reason people lie to their doctors and never get the help they need. Butler didn’t even look me in the eye before she verbally judged me, acted like I was a nuisance for being there, and decided to disregard instead of inform. I even told her Flonase and Albuterol didn’t work for me and she laughed in my face before prescribing me Flonase and Albuterol. ABSOLUTE QUACKS. Disgusting& abhorrent behavior, seek help elsewhere. Dr. Butler is very thorough. Listens to concerns and encourages follow through. She is kind and assertive when it comes to my health. I have been with her for over 10 year and am very happy with the care she provides.

I wish I could leave no stars it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had . She found out that I had my medical card and suddenly made that a big topic wanting to know where I get my medical maurijuana and where I got my card no explanation as to why . Then when communicating my systems and other things I'm curious if could be causing my symptoms she seemed as if she didn't know what she was doing. She didn't ask many follow up questions when prescribing me depression and anxiety meds she said here you wanna take this one And the appointment was over . she couldn't recommend me to any Psychiatrist. I saw Dr. Butler because my regular doctor was not in that day. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She didn’t even introduce herself. She never looked me in the eye when she spoke and she mumbled the entire time. She was very disinterested and rude. She clearly never looked at my chart in detail because she recommended that I take an over the counter medication that I should not be taking due to a health issue. Part if the reason for my visit was due eye pain in my eye that had been swollen that morning. She never examined my eye but told me that it looked fine and never addressed it further. My PCP is the best doctor I have ever had. It’s a shame doctor Butler is part if the same practice. She clearly dislikes people. I saw Dr. Butler because my regular doctor was not in that day. Dr. Butler’s bedside manner was pretty poor caring more about me not wearing a mask then addressing my issues. My normal go to is Dr. Barmach but he had no appointments available so I was stuck going to Dr. Butler. Only doctor in the practice that is good is Dr. Barmach.
