My visit to see Dr. Barmach was very pleasant. The nurses and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I felt the Dr’s interest in me as a patient was very compassionate and caring. I didn’t have a long wait to see the Doctor. Everything was explained and my concerns and questions were answered. 2 months ago, my mom went to Dr Barmach b/c her regular doctor, Jennifer Butler, could not fit her in. My mom was experiencing confusion, fatigue, and not feeling herself. She had trouble speaking and ending up not finishing several sentences...She said she had fallen at least five times in the last two days and hit her head at least twice. She didn't have any UTI symptoms and her temperature was normal. Her primary concern was falling again at night while heading to the bathroom. Dr. Barmach wrote a script for a bedside commode. The doctor was firm that he needed to rule out a UTI before providing the referral to the neurologist.. The next day, she fell and broke her hip. She has been in a long term care facility ever since.
