Not only is Dr Fitzsimmons very capable, and professional, she is extremely caring and thoughtful, when considering the best course of treatment for her patients. When I was hospitalized 15 years ago, to have a total knee replacement, I also had sleep apnea. I couldn't afford a machine, but, Dr Fitzsimmons got me one. She didn't have to do that, and I never forgot that. Finally, you can be sure she will do whatever she can do to ease your suffering.

I have been seeing "Dr. Amy" as I call her for over 13 years since two failed neck surgeries. She is the only Dr. to truly care, and help me. She is extremely smart, professional, caring and knowledgable. She seems to truly care and want to help people in pain live the best life they can. She has helped me be able to live with my chronic pain, not just to suffer through it. Matt (reception) is very kind, smart and helpful. Hoping she never retires.

I've been seeing Dr. Amy (as I call her) for over a decade. She is the only Dr. who understands the effects chronic pain can take on a person. She truly cares and explores any studies, physical therapy, medication and more, to help get one back to somewhat of a normal life. She has also helped guide me with mom pain health issues. I hope she never retires\leaves the area. A true, caring, smart, compassionate and dedicated physician! Everyone should have a "Dr. Amy" in their life!

I have been going to this office for awhile now and I am so pleased to be a patient of this practice! The office staff is amazing, thorough and they really care! Very easy to make appointments, office has a great location . De Fitzsimmons is really a breath of fresh air! Her techniques and her knowledge are incredible, the best part is that she is really easy to talk to! I would recommend this doctor a 100 percent and because of her dedication andknowledge, has helped me so much and is the light at the end of the tunnel ! I can’t say enough, just so happy to have found this wondful doctor!

Two members of my family have been patients of Dr. Fitzsimmons for many years and she helps them manage their chronic pain. It can be very difficult finding such a good physician in this field, one who really listens to his/her patient... they highly recommend her!

Since my hip replacement in 2015, I have had progressive muscle loss and nerve pain surrounding my hip replacement which mimicked Sciatica. After 2 Orthopedic Surgeons, a Neurosurgeon and a Neurologist, none of which could give me a proper diagnosis I was fortunate enough to find Dr Fitzsimmons who after several EMG studies took the time to sit down with me and gave me a proper diagnosis. I was sent back to Physical Therapy for the proper treatment and I'm on a new path to getting my lifeback
