Scott Goldstein's Online Review Report Card

For 17 years as a patient of Dr. Goldstein I can say he is the best of the best. His integrity, skills, knowledge and commitment to his patients is stellar.

Very nice doctor, very nice staff, very bad outcome from the surgery he conducted on my daughter. Had to have follow-up surgery by another doctor to correct the problem. We would never go back again.

Dr. Goldstein is an excellent physician. He is very thorough and very kind with a good sense of humor. Also, the staff were very professional and kind. I have no idea why that other reviewer had such a bad time.

I have not yet seen Doctor Goldstein, but am reviewing the front desk. It took me 40 minutes to make the appointment that is scheduled for a month from now. It took 30mins to get someone at the front desk to make the appointment and 10 minutes to actually schedule the appointment. The receptionist yawned while taking my information.

I never thought that I would be writing a raving review about someone cutting into and using a needle in my eyelid yet here I am. I can not recommend Dr. Goldstein and his office enough! I was referred to him for a small dot next to my eye and happened to develop a cyst inside my eyelid a couple of days prior to the appointment. I did not have to wait, the staff was very nice, and Dr. Goldstein was personable, kind, funny, and extremely skilled and knowledgeable. He took care of both of my issues in one visit, took his time, and did not rush at all. He numbed my eye, cleared out the cyst inside my eyelid in minutes, and I didn’t feel anything at all. He also used a small laser to painlessly remove the dot next to my eye. He did an incredible job and I would not hesitate to ever return to his office. I enjoyed my visit and was amazed how he did all that so seamlessly and comfortably. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

I consulted with Dr. Goldstein for a droopy eyelid after cataract surgery. Even though I had many questions, even ones where I called him at the office after the initial consult, he was patient & very informative. He did a wonderful job & I am very pleased with my results!

My daughter was admitted to Abington hospital for a flare up caused by Ms that effected her vision and balance. Doctor Goldstein was abrupt and seemed annoyed coming in on a Saturday. He commented that the Neurolgy team didn’t know what they were doing and wasted his time coming in. He wheeled my daughter into a small examining room shutting door hard. He had to remove intravenous bag off wheel chair asking what am I suppose to do with this.? He was rough during examination, unacceptable!
