Dr. Ishmael misdiagnosed an issue with my husband and put him on allergy medicine. My husband was advised he had hives and if the medicine didn't help to up the dosage. The spots on his skin weren't hives, I knew that as did the three doctors he's seen since then. A total waste of time and money seeing him. Would not recommend.
