List of Kevin Mishock's Reviews
This doctor doesn’t even deserve one star. Run run far away! Sent a resident to the emergency room for a fall she had in her room. She hit her head and was complaining of chest pain. We sent her to the ER, her family was with her to report what happened. Resident was complaining of head and neck pain. He sent her back to the facility without doing ANY testing not even X-rays. Noting just a skin tear. Completely disgusted! Family even requested X-rays at least! I tried to call him when she returned but he had went home? When she returned to the facility she could barely walk and she started vomiting. We sent her right back to the hospital.
I had a great experience with Dr. Mishock. I arrived at the ER after getting a rock in my eye and fearing eye injury. I did not have to wait long to be seen and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Mishock examined my eye and answered all of my questions, explaining in detail what could be happening. He listened to my concerns, alleviated my fears, and made sure all of my questions were answered. He used a scanner to confirm his suspicions that there was no injury to my eye and referred me to an optometrist to follow up with the following day. I suspect that he is not a doctor who does any hand holding, which I actually prefer in my providers so it suited me just fine. I make sure to ask questions about any condition I go to a provider for so that I completely understand what is going on anyway, and he was happy to answer my questions to the fullest extent. Overall, Dr. Mishock was friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced and I would be happy to be treated by him again.
I went to the ER for nausea and chills. He immediately diagnosed a UTI and sinusitis with minimal amount of tests. IV antibiotic and anti- nausea meds had no effect. Followup visit to ER with a "real" doctor determined that I had neither.
Very knowledgeable....quick and to the point...explained things clearly...and he's easy on the eyes
Great doctor
Dr Mishock is a poor excuse for a doctor. He didn’t believe my daughter was having a seizure, when she was. He asked if she had a history of mental problems. He did not want to give her meds to stop it. I insisted, as we have been to this ER, for the same problem, many times. He also lied about what was in her medical history and didn’t believe anything I told him.
Would prefer to give him zero or negative ratings if the site allowed. Incompetent. Barely evaluated my daughter after arriving to the ER by ambulance before discharging her in an unstable condition. She was admitted hours later with all involved at that point wondering why it didn't happen earlier. As a physician myself, I am sickened to know he is allowed to treat patients.
I highly do not recommend this dr. My husband was seen in the er by him for vomiting. The Dr told him he doesn't treat patients for vomiting and sent him home. This is a recurring condition for about a year, he is diabetic and usually requires iv fluid. After another bout and more bloodwork (which this Dr did not perform), he is being hospitalized with high white blood count and low neurophils. Dr also stated vomiting had subsided prior to discharge in his report read to us by another dr. LIE!
He was nice, explained my problem and very attentive. I like him and he helped me a lot to feel better and get over my pain. Excellent.
Similar experience as other comment. Ignored chief complaint and LIED about exam he did not perform on the final report when I left angry. Refused to speak to my GI specialists saying I don't need to consult with another physician, I do what I want. I was diagnosed with cdiff and he again didn't consult my GI specialists about how to treat it and called in the wrong prescription.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
