Dr. Wilson is *amazing*. He helped me get a proper diagnosis and scheduled surgery. Abra H. their office manager, terminated me for no reason. She had nothing to give me as to why I was being terminated. Dr. Wilson didn't discharge me, he didn't cancel my surgery, didn't know anything was happening. Abra and her boss, Rachel, terminated me of their own accord. I still have no answers after speaking with Samantha R, the patient advocate.

Dr. Wilson was great! I was diagnosed easily and we had surgery planned/scheduled. However his staff are loose cannons. Abra Henry called me to inform me I would not be welcome back. No reason, no problems given, no incident, nothing. Then Rachel got involved when I was inquiring about what happened that caused this degree of action. She had no reason, no explanation, no dates, times, incidents, nothing. I contacted patient relations, Samantha Rosefsky multiple times. She returned my call 1 time in the beginning, listening to what happened, etc. But she never called back to answer my questions or anything. Instead I had to call and leave a voice-mail multiple times. About 3 weeks later after another request to speak with Samantha, she finally called me back. She said she ignored my previous calls because she thought it had been taken care of. Dr. Wilson never had a problem with me. He didn't even cancel my surgery, Abra Henry did. I never had a problem with their staff until then.

3 months post sergery, very nice doctors and nurses. wait time is a little long sometimes but that's expected.

Terrible follow up about a referral. Left hanging for several months even after calling several times. Nurse named Erin was supposed to return calls. Never did.

Dr. Wilson and his staff were very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. They were professional and helped me know what I needed to do next. A gentleman in my church had gone to him and was pleased with his surgery and made me feel confident about going to Dr. Wilson at Mt. Nittany.
