I just took my daughter to her for her first appointment since switching pediatricians. There was no wait time, everybody was friendly, and Dr. Kaufman was all business in the room but yet made it comfortable for all of us. You don't find this combination often in today's world. This was a good experience.

Dr. Kaufman is great --she spends time with her patients and has been a good diagnostician. Her bedside manner with kids is gentle and warm--and funny, too! A little less than pleased with the front desk, however, which makes me feel bad for the attending physicians.

Dr. Kaufman is good doctor. She is willing to spend time listening to your concerns and the concerns of your children. We will continue to use her as our pediatrician.

My 6 month-old came in for a follow-up for ear infection. He'd been on amoxicilin for 10 days and at the end developed rashes. Dr. Kaufman said "rashes are definitely NOT from a penicillin reaction--because an allergic symptom would pop up early in the treatment. She prescribed a stronger penicilin-based antibiotic to get rid of the ear infection. 4 days later my baby turned into a coughing tomato. Terrible bumps on face, hands, diaper area! He IS ALLERGIC to penicilin. She couldn't have known 100% but she could HAVE taken precaution and prescribed something else. Do NOT trust her!
