Their billing department is a joke. I have had a claim denied for thousands of dollars because they could not send over my records to the insurance provider. I have been trying for MONTHS, calling back and forth between the insurance provider and mount nitanny, for them to send over my records but for some reason this is too difficult of a task for them to handle. Terrible service!

Needed iron infusions and not only did I have a reaction that sent me to the ER but I ended up having to pay out of pocket for the infusions that made me sicker than I already was. Then I find out they have no way to pay online (according to the first letter they sent) and have to find a way to pay them via mail which really isn't safe to have my credit card info floating around like that but ask them if they care. They're awful.

I have received top notch care at this facility. As a former RN, I know the difference between quality patient care compared to the alternative. I not only received quality patient care but my family was treated with the upmost care and concern also.

Very positive experience here. I happened to look at this page to get a phone number, and I was shocked to see negative remarks. My husband has had excellent care from Dr. Lieb. I appreciate Dr. Lieb's approach: takes time, talks to me as well as the patient, positive approach to whole person, whole life. Cancer is tragic and terrifying, but it is not the doctor's fault. Actually, if you have a grateful heart and a realistic attitude, you are more likely to heal or maintain the health you have. My prayers go up for all who suffer. Dr. Leib is a good one, so don't let the negative comments scare you away from the genuine help he can give you. Blessings to all.

We all have our own experiences. My experience with Mount Nittnay has been positive. My wife and I feel fortunate to have met and had this group of people guiding us.

As people have stated before, the nurses are fantastic, but Lieb is a joke.

This place is an absolute joke. The nurses are great. Very kind and considerate. However, Dr Leib shouldn’t have a license. My husband has stage 4 colon cancer. Dr leib inaccurately announced my husband to be in remission and his tumor supposedly disappeared. Neither of which were accurate. Then after keeping him on high doses of pain meds to manage his pain for over a year, Dr Leib decided to cut him off completely rather than responsibly weaning him off like he told us he would. Dr Leib refuses to refer my husband to anyone that will help him wean off to lesson withdrawal symptoms. So now I’m watching my husband with stage 4 cancer suffer through serious withdrawals. How is this possible??

Unbelievably incompetent. Didn't share records with surgeon in Phila. Hooked up and given chemo premeds then told not having chemo that day by dr as the nurse was just about to start chemo. Not called to tell us they scheduled an appt to go over ct scan. But called to tell us we missed it.... takes 7 days to get another appt to go over ct. Was never working with and consulting our specialist in Phila though they told us they would when we started. Just go somewhere else. As our Dr. in Phila just told us you get one good shot at this and the first shot is your best shot. Sadly we wasted our first shot here.

This place is a joke if you have cancer do not go here but if you work for them or mount nittany you will love the place.had to wait 3hrs and I was on time they took mount nittany worker's before anyone and when I complained to Peter Tate he just laughed in my face. It's ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AT PLACE
