Horrible incompetent and careless. I’ve had a 180 different experience from this DO. Horrendous new patient appt he knew zero about me even though I spent over an hour with a nurse or aid populating my my very extensive medical history for their portal on the visit before I met him( props though to PA Wallace who was astute and thorough and knew her stuff cold ) .... he spent less than 10 minutes with me walked out the door while I was still talking .,,, second time was way worse .... it’s so upsetting I’ll have to come back to it.
A friend recommended I see Dr. Miller, because I needed to establish care with a PCP. I can't say enough about the care he has given me thus far. He is kind and courteous, and most of all listens to my concerns. Thank you Dr. Miller!
I’ve had my first new-patient visit with Dr. Miller. He had studied my files well. I was very pleased that he was able to do adjustments that address a problem that has been long-standing and very painful. Because of my spine issues, I believe that Dr. Miller is a good fit to oversee my care and to give effective treatment. He communicates well and is personable.
Great care, especially from Dr. Zuniga and Lester Griel.
Spent 20 minutes on phone just waiting to get someone to answer to make an appointment. I had an injury to a bone or tendon that needed attention in my foot. As soon as someone answers the phone i tell her the problem and i get transferred to a nurses station and am FORCED to leave a voicemail and hangup hoping the call will be returned in a timely manenr. I was trying to see if I could get an appointment. The compentcy of this staff and well as there attitude toward care comes into question. I will be finding a new healthcare provider. This office has gone into the dirt since the loss of Dr. Rick Pasquerellio from this location.
Please select this group as your primary care practice with CAUTION. I called to schedule an appointment to address active issues with my asthma control (a pressing matter!) and was told the earliest I could see my PCP would be in a month. After several back and forths with the receptionist, I finally managed to schedule an appointment with an NP in just over a week. The day of my appointment I arrived dutifully 15 minutes early, checked in and waited in the lobby as instructed. At exactly the scheduled time for my appointment to begin, I was told that the NP was leaving for the day, would not have time to see me and that I would need to reschedule. No one else would be available to see me, so I was told, even if I were willing to wait. After leaving, very upset that my asthma issues were still not to be addressed, I chose to call a different local physician's office, not part of the Mount Nittany Group. There, the receptionist expressed her concern for my issues, and immediately scheduled me for the very next morning with the lead physician. Guess which office I'll go back to...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
