Sameer Sinha's Online Review Report Card

My time with Dr. Sinha was truly the worst experience that I have ever had with a doctor. He is rude, condescending, pompous and lacking in compassion and empathy. He continually raised his voice and told me to "calm down" as I was in cardiac distress. He told me, "I can tell you just don't like doctors." I honestly don't think Dr. Sinha likes patients. My family will never return to his ER for fear that we will have to be "treated" by him again. This man could seriously benefit from some sensitivity training.

Dr. Sinha was rude condescending and in all honesty hostile/aggressive. It did not seem as if he listened to my situation at all which was only later confirmed when a nurse told me he didn’t believe I was experiencing pain and discomfort when I had clearly stated I was. You shouldn’t have to fight with your doctor to receive care or information about your care and that is what Dr. Sinha made me do. Dr. Sinha also got loud and animated with me and my mother when we were simply trying to get a better idea of why he was choosing the care plan he had since it was going against what other doctors I’ve been working with have said. Overall it’s clear to me this man shouldn’t work with the public and should likely have others in the room with him to monitor his conduct and language. He made my mother obviously uncomfortable and had no issue physically posturing and using condescending language to intimidate and belittle my mother. His conduct made me not trust his medical advice and has me wondering if he actually is trying to help me or if his malicious indifference will only make my situation worse.

After being sick for 3 days my husband agreed to go to the Emergency room. He was seen by Dr. Sinha and given a lot of tests. Dr. Sinha finally figured out that my husband probably had anaplasmosis, which would be confirmed when that test result came back in a week. Thank goodness for Dr. Sinha who diagnosed correctly and started my husband on the proper medication.
