My son and I are both patients of Dr. Mainali, and we have found that she listens carefully to our input and takes it into consideration during the process of diagnosis and treatment. She takes time to explain things and answer any questions we have. We never feel rushed through our appointment. She's knowledgeable, professional and just generally a terrific physician. We highly recommend her.

Dr. Mainali treats you like she is the one who will tell you what treatment you will need and doesn't listen to you as the patient. I want a doctor who will listen to me and include me in the treatment decision. She misdiagnosed me and then I got even worse.

This is the worst experience I've had with any healthcare provider. She does not listen to a word you're saying, more concerned with rushing through appointment. Her tone came across very judgemental. She had me schedule a follow-up and then had no idea why I was there. I've seen her for 2+ years for convenience as I have a chronic issue but I'd rather stop taking my medication then deal with this office again.

Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Mainali as a new patient. Found office staff to be abrupt/disinterested, and Dr. Mainali made TWO errors in my prescription medications, including prescribing a hepatitis medication instead of a birth control pill. Three weeks later, I'm still trying to resolve this with her staff. Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere for my medical care.
