Only had 2 visits with this man. The first one me and my wife both left with our jaws dropped. First off my wife had him for her neck fusion 10 years ago when I uad some of the greatest insurance you could have at that time. My wife was there for her neck and right away he thought she was there for her spine. Doesn't even apparently check his own appointments. Anyway she said no im here for my neck ...
Dr Fayyazi was very kind and caring to me. I had surgery in 2018 and am still pain-free today! I am sorry he left OAA but I will be going back to him again at St Lukes.
Not very good.If your a smoker he"s PREJUDICE.Hope he is a better DR. than a person.
Was in a car accident and suffered many injuries. I have an orthopedic but was encouraged to get another opinion. Upon his entrance to the room he rudely asked me why I was there and told me I already had a doctor. I tried to explain I wanted a second opinion that my issues were not being addressed and could barely get a word in. We have a right to get more than one opinion. As a nurse I fully believe this. Years ago I was told my mass was a cyst. Thank God for another opinion because it was cancer and I had been living with it for years. Thank God for my second opinion on my back in 2020 when sciatica was actually a bulging herniated disc and spinal stenosis that was making me lose bladder control. So obviously given my history I want another opinion and to be treated well. Not to be judged like I’m a hysterical woman. If you want to be treated poorly, talked over, and leave in tears he is your doctor; not mine.
Doctor is very unprofessional. Listen to the negative review definitely very accurate. Find a qualified doctor elsewhere.
Very good surgeon.
RUN! If you are having any kind of orthopedic issues, especially relating to your spine and chronic pain, do NOT go to this man. He’s arrogant. He’s rude. He doesn’t listen to you. He literally yells at you when you ask a question. He makes you feel like you’re worthless. On top of that, he’s a terrible doctor. Everyone makes mistakes but this man will NEVER admit when he is wrong. And he is wrong ...
RUN! I have never met a more unqualified “doctor” as this man. He’s arrogant. He doesn’t listen to you. He snaps at you when you ask a question. He belittles you. He thinks he’s better than every other doctor and boy oh boy, that is the farthest thing from the truth. He doesn’t care about your pain or helping you. He only wants the money. Do NOT go to this guy. He will do more harm than good. His parents should be ashamed at the “man” he is.
This. Dr is the worst. He is rude and disrespectful. Yelled at me during the visit. He spent 30 minutes yelling and 5 mins doing a physical evaluation. I was interrogated through out the time I was there. Awful Sr. Terrible experience. I never had a Doctor treat me that way.
This Dr was very rude. Dr's should be personable, great listeners, and empathetic to the concerns of the patients. They should not be condescending or arrogant. They should treat others as they want to be treated.” Well not this Dr. he yelled at me several times during my visit. He told me he was confused about my treatment. Continued to ask the same questions over and over expecting to get a ...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
