My son and I see Dr Shayn Collins and my wife has sees Dr. Kimberly Brown. We love this place. I think this is my favorite doctors office. We really like that the staff at this doctors office are not pushy. They offer their perspectives and advice of course, but they leave the decisions to us and they really hear our thoughts and questions.

Great practice with very friendly staff. They are always super friendly at reception and the nurses are always welcoming and puts you at ease. My appointments are always on time and I am never left waiting like at other places. I highly recommend this practice for you and your family.

Horrible experience too long of a story to explain. Almost lost my mother due to misdiagnosis the first time she ended up in the ER. They ended her antibiotics early and she back in the hospital for the second time. Both times dues to not taking care of this issue immediately. Disgrace. The Doctor should lose their license and find another career.

Doctors and Nurses are great, but the receptionists seem not to be held to the same standards. I was in a recently in car accident and was seeking a follow-up from the ER cause I am having pain increase, and my insurance wants to pay for my medical care. I had just dropped my vehicle at the body shop. And had to get a ride to doctors office, I was running late and called ahead to let them know. My appointment was for 10am I was at the front door at 10:04 but told I was too late. Because I had to fill out new paper work which I told them I would have ready by the time I got there over the phone.

I recently moved to PA and scheduled my son's physical as well mine. Front staff that was present that day was very helpful and polite. Two American caucassisn woman. I felt comfortable in the office. We saw Dr. Graf who was very polite and knowledgeable.

I’ve been going to them for at least 10 years (back when they were part of Shawnee Medical). The 4 nurse practitioners, the front desk staff. Everyone is friendly and competent. They have always taken great care of me and my family. Recommended.

We mainly see Jessica Lord at this location. Jessica is amazing. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. She has a fantastic bedside manner with kids. The office staff are friendly and super helpful. We love taking our kids here.

I don't think I have ever had so many problems with a doctors office before. The people at the front desk are incompetent and can't seem to ever get a referral completed. I literally have to call them whenever I see a specialist bc they didn't complete a referral (even though I've asked them a week or more in advance). Then when I call the front desk, no one ever seems to know what I am talking about. They are absolutely horrible & constantly have wrong information. DON'T GO HERE !!
