List of Philip J. Benyo's Reviews
The care I, & my family, have received here has been nothing but top notch! I NEVER have a problem with this office. I would recommend everyone to this office.
This place should be renamed from Benyo and Benyo to Incompetent and never return calls!! My husband had an appointment was prescribed medication. He took the meds as prescribe for 10 days. The medicine did not work. He called on Tuesday left a message to get new prescription no call back. Called Friday still no new prescription called in. A week later after calling every hour on the hour I got hold of a woman who told me " that's how it is if you go to anyone in the Leigh High Valley Group". This is unacceptable. My husband works and pays alot of money for his insurance only to go with out medicine.
Dr Benyo is a very caring and professional Dr, who goes the extra mile for his patients. I feel very confident with my parents in his care living so far away. Dr. will take as much time with you as needed to explain any situation and works with you and the family for the best plan of treatment. I only wish their were more Doc like him!
He is a great assistant in medicine and treats patients with respect and is very intelligent
Corrupt witch doctor working for the insurance companies to deny injured workers compensation. Pure evil.
Took my obease brother to doctor he even has urine problems this doctor did nothing more than listen I could have even done that
I called for an appointment for my daughter as a new patient. They referred her to urgent care and said they would call the next day. They never called until I left a voice mail only to find out they would not take her because new patient bookings were out two weeks. Why couldn't she say that the day before. If I wanted urgent care I would have gone there in the first place!!!! Real good for business!
Dr. Benyo and his son are really caring physicians. It's not a "doc-in-the-box" experience and they as well as the staff there get to know you by name and care about your well being.
I have been going to Dr. Benyo since I left my pediatrician. He, and his son, are both well educated and compassionate. Two things that are rarely seen together. They take the time to listen to your concerns and explain everything in a way that you dont need a PhD to understand. The staff could use a little polishing, they are somewhat ignorant at times, frequently messing up paperwork (on a few occasions even sending the file for someone else to the room and taking notes in it!).
Highly skilled in diagnosis-most important thing for a doctor to know what is wrong or to be able to find out. Also very compassionate, best bedside manner. Makes you feel confident in both his diagnosis and your eventual recovery. By contrast, the staff makes numerous mistakes with paperwork, blames patients for their errors, and is generally lazy and unpleasant to deal with.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
