Kyle was a great doctor, very helpful and kind. I had a terrible experience with the billing department and the people that take care of insurance issues from billing. I am taking my business and medical needs elsewhere.

I've gone here for many years, decades even. I've always been treated great. No complaints.

Had to come here when my clinic who was affiliated with Sunbury Community Hospital shut down and let me tell you I'm not a happy camper. I saw Dr. Jessica one time in the past 2 1/2 years I've been going here. Dangerously high blood pressure led me to get a stent put in at Geisinger. Still didn't get to see her other than in passing in the hallway to see her practitioner without even a hello at my follow-up. I'm shopping for a new Doctor. Overloaded with patients obviously, caring about the all mighty dollar instead of old fashioned patient care. Shame really.

We love this practice and the staff they are always very friendly and compassionate and helpful in dealing with our daughters medical issues.

Very pleased. Staff is professional, friendly and caring. Annual visit for my child was completed efficiently. Would highly recommend.

I tried to make an appointment to get a referral and was basically told to do it myself and be my own refferal, when I had just finished trying to call offices myself without one and been told by everyone that I need a gp referral (them). But don't worry they still want to see me to "discuss my concerns", probably so they can still charge for an appointment. The response to my request messege was also misspelled in obvious ways that could have been fixed with a simple cursory proof read, which tells me they can't really be bothered and are pretty cavalier about their patients, not a feeling I want from a doctor's office. I wouldn't even mind being treated like a number if I felt like the practice at least knew what they were doing with the numbers. Over all I don't get the impression this practice has their act together at all and would not recommend.

Not happy one bit with how this office has become! Feels like a meat maket! In and out. You leave the same way you came in. The questions and concerns are never addressed. They perform unnecessary testing in their office just to make money and charge the insurance companies. I really miss Dr. John Pagana. It was when things was really about the care and concerns of the patient.

Dr. P-F and her staff did a wonderful job from start to finish. I was very happy with the attention to detail and as an added bonus the doctor was a real person who made me feel at ease. I got the feeling that the staff actually cared about me as a person not just a number. Thx!

Would NOT recommend her to any one the wait time is insane even when you have an appointment then when you do get called back you wait some more she talks into her little tape recorder and you dont know if shes talking to you or the recorder I know many times took my daughter to see her had an appointment and waited at 45 min to sometimes an 1 hour past our time then people came in after us got called back before us

Very rude staff..was going to transfer to there practice and explained my history when I called in detail and was told they could handle it then 10 days before appt and after they recieved my records they call me and say they dont and will never be able to handle half of my medical problems..further more are trying to refuse to give me my(by pa law rights) medical records.. ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL..
