Dr. Newman was very inpatient, when speaking with my mother who had questionsn, he was very interruptive and rude, not allowing her ask any questions that she wanted to ask about her symptoms and he was rude, arrogant and narcissistic when speaking to her, I do not recommend she sees this doctor a second time.... This was only her first meeting with him too.

Thanks to Dr. Newman and his staff at Houser Newman Associates mom can now see better out of her bad eye. She had an initial visit with him today and he gave her her options. She chose laser surgery to remove a scar from a botched cataract surgery that a place down the line did. He did it right then and there. She was the last patient of the day so I guess he could since no one else was waiting. His staff and he could not have been more pleasant or informative. We are very pleased.

Terrible experience....cataract surgery wide awake...just numbing drops ......like Frankensteins table......was nearsighted...now can't see distant or near.....eyes burn....itch....vision changes 2-4 times a day...blurry...had single vision lenses put in did not help distant vision much....need glasses to read and see distance....vision was better berfore surgery.....going elsewhere 1st. visit found a problem ....waiting for appointment with cataract and glaucoma specialist
