Dr. Dutt was great. She did eye laser on me and I see perfectly now!

I had Lasik surgery last August 2024 and was talked into getting one eye done to see near and one done to see far in order to not need reading glasses. It did not work for the eye that was to see close, and the eye was non-functional blur for vision. Dutt then charged me to correct the eye she screwed up and made me wait until this past May 2025 for the correction. The eye is still a non-functional and blur. On top of her incompetence as a clinician, she is not a trustful person. Called me the wrong name on multiple occasions and canceled scheduled procedures the night before (9pm). I cannot believe that this person was able to complete medical school. She needs to stick to treating wrinkles and leave Lasik procedures to competent physicians.

I had a horrible medical experience at this business. I went to Dr. Dutt for lip filler on February 10, 2025 at her Pgh Mills location. The filler was injected so poorly and too superficially, that ever since the procedure, I have experienced huge nodules and irregular lumps under my skin, horrendous asymmetry and migration of the lip filler that migrated into my nose. This experience has been very emotional and painful. I went to her once more, after the procedure, to ask her to dissolve my filler. She refused to dissolve the area I was concerned about and belittled me by telling me it's my fault because of my lip shape. She instead agreed to dissolve only a tiny amount into the huge nodule in the center of my upper lip. The injection was so painful and did nothing in regard to my concerns. Since then I needed two rounds of filler dissolver, (performed at another business) which has cost me $300. A third round is inevitable. I also have missed many days of work because of this. There has been NO ethical patient follow up on her end. After multiple attempts to reach her via phone and mail, she has yet to reach out to me. I am a paying patient! The lack of follow up care on her end, is disgusting.

The lack of follow up care on her end, is disgusting. *** Adding after her reply… SHE DID NOT TRY TO HELP ME WITH MY ISSUES. She disagreed with MY opinion of how my lips looked. They were CLEARLY uneven. She told me it was because of my “difficult lip shape”, making me feel like the results were my fault. She seemed offended that I was questioning her work (I wasn’t). She said if she dissolved the area of MY concern it would look bad (it already did look bad). I even told her that my friends and family said my lips were extremely uneven. She only cared about her opinion and didn’t even want to listen to my concerns! I told her from the very beginning, I wanted only a subtle, natural look to my lips. After going back and forth, I asked her if she could at least, please, dissolve the HUGE lump in the middle of my lip (I thought maybe that would help bring my right side down). She agreed to that without fighting with me. Afterwards, she bulldozed me into giving her a 5 star Google review. The whole appointment felt so awkward and wrong! I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable in a medical setting! Walking out of that appointment, I told myself, I never wanted to come back ever again. Fast forward, I have been seeing an actual PROFESSIONAL and EXPERIENCED injector. She took the time to explain to me, my facial anatomy and my “M” shaped lips. She told me Dr. Dutt injected WAY too much filler into my lips (I needed 3 rounds of dissolver). She explained how poorly Dr. Dutt did the injections. The filler traveled into my nose, due to her injecting the filler too superficially and injecting way too much in one area. I also had huge, painful lumps under my skin. Please, do your research. Go to an experienced injector, who puts patient safety and quality first and foremost. *Picture was taken days AFTER Dr. Dutt said my lips were NOT uneven and before I went elsewhere for help. When I smiled, it was so much worse! How she could say this was even, is beyond me!*

I would not go back....the doctor was nice as was everyone who worked there. It was a very short wait no complaints there. I wouldn't go back because I don't think the quality of xeomin at this office is very good. I had 50 units with very very few results...and those results (very few) only lasted less than a month. I have had less units (20) of xeomin with better results. Daxxify 30 units also gave me much better and longer lasting results. I hope this helps anybody looking ....

I been coming here for years i Have had Botox neck injections and facial resurfacing done.dr.dutt is a miracle worker.i had horrible brown spots and a growth and laser zapped all.amazing results . I couldn't recommend her more.ladies.dont live with bad aging skin.call now for a new you.amazing prices 😁

Dr dutt is amazing! She knows exactly where to place Botox. If you want get rid of under eye wrinkles, she can do that too! Who better to trust your under eye wrinkles too, than an eye doctor! Thank you for making my skin look amazing!! Don’t know of any doctor in pittsburgh area that will treat under eye wrinkles with Botox. She does! Results are amazing!!

Got to the appointment early and they did get me in 10 minutes before my start time. But that was the highlight of the appointment. Before I went to the procedure room, I was asked to prep my own face by washing it with hibicleanse in a public bathroom. Doctor came into my procedure room with numbing gel on a tongue depressor, not wearing gloves and put the gel on my face. While waiting for the numbing gel to take effect, my door was open and there were at least four other patients walking in and out of other rooms, also with doors open and I could hear the conversations they were having. The patient files were all stored on a bookshelf in the hallway where anybody could access them. The doctor took me to a second room, where she cut up saran wrap to put over the numbing cream. She used scissors to cut the saran wrap and did not wear gloves. Then I went back to the other procedure room to wait again with the door open. I was asked to swap procedure rooms five times with other patients. It appeared like she did not have the supplies in each room that she needed for each person's procedure, so had us playing musical chairs with procedure rooms. After the appropriate time had passed for my numbing gel, I was asked again to use the public bathroom to wash the gel off of my face before the laser procedure. When I went into the room with the machines for the lasers, another patient, whom had been moved, had their purse and bag on the chair. There was a paper sheet covering the chair to lay in. She picked the sheet up and turned it over in front of me to "change it ". After the IPL, I was asked to rinse my face off with warm water in the public bathroom and then moved back to my waiting/procedure room, while another client was taken into the laser room. After that client left, I was taken into the room where the doctor again flipped over the sheet that the prior patient had just laid on. The doctor was clearly not washing her hands in between procedures and was not wearing gloves. After the fraxel, the doctor opened a cupboard, said I have some serum for you hold out your hand, then put two pumps of serum on my hand and told me I should spread it on my face. When I asked about aftercare, she told me I could wash my face tomorrow. She then handed me a gel ice pack they had clearly been used before, and my session was over. The doctor also tried to upsell me on Botox, mole removal, and Lasix during the conversations.

There are so many reasons NOT to go to Dr. Dutt. First of all, let's start with how rude she is to her staff. She is borderline abusive. Screaming and insulting in front of clients. When we confronted her about it, she apologized and stated "sorry, I'm having a bad day, everyone has a bad day" she followed that with " try having staff you are paying well, and can't run a front desk" so basically took the blame off of herself and onto her staff 2nd. She reuses disposable items in her injection rooms. This is 100% NOT COOL! 3rd. She is using her phone, repeatedly texting while injecting clients. 4th.Her injections are erratical, and when you question her she will blame the results on your skin type, lack of elasticity, age, etc...upsell you if you want ultimate results, and then again state you need more "I never said it would be..." perfect! 5th. The strength of her Botox is terrible at best. Full movement of brow area 3 weeks after injection, including returned visit because 1st injections showed zero results. $500 paid. 6th large lumps in mouth area and cheek after filler injections to change frown line , that she stated "you NEED to fix that, doesn't that bother you?" $500 Total $1000 out of pocket for terrible results. 7th The work she is doing is creating terrible results that the clients have to live with. She is downright dangerous.
