All was fine, on time polite and helpful.

Extremely nice and understanding. I seen Dr. BENSO. He was very warm and welcoming. Took much better care of me than Allegheny Valley ED. (I dont recommend anyone go there!) Referred me to an Ortho which is what the hospital should've done in the 1st place and gave me a script for Ibuprofen 800. (Hospital acted like I was asking for major narcotics when I asked for this script.) Dr. Benso was sympathetic, took his time with me even tho they were swamped and it was after hours by time I left. There were many patients there ranging from broken hand, sprain ankle(me) anxiety attack, small child with possibly broken nose. They took their time with each patient,(I could hear the neighboring rooms) and nobody was rushed out of there. Great place with fantastic staff!

Jessica Wallis at the Fox Chapel location was great!! They were booked for the night and she went above and beyond to find a location that would fit me in. She signed me in and booked a reservation for me. Thanks to the staff at the Tarentum location. They did a great job at getting me in. All the staff was nice and everyone did their job. It was a good experience

The doctor I saw was so thorough & kept coming back to ask more probing questions, she was genuinely disappointed she couldn’t give me an answer as she couldn’t do the imaging she felt was necessary to find the answer. She advised me to specifically get an ultrasound so I headed to the ER & turns out I had a blood clot in my armpit & I feel like a lot of people would’ve told me it’s anxiety & to take a Tylenol. She was super nice, didn’t make me feel stupid, & ultimately pointed me in the right direction when she felt she couldn’t do anything else for me.

Empty waiting room and waiting for TB results when I was told it was an “in and out” appointment- not a provider appointment.

45 minute wait turned into over 2 hours. people that got here after me got seen before. if you're a woman go somewhere else they won't take you seriously
