I got my glasses here and that is the most polite thing I can say about it. I will say the optometrist herself was nice. The staff is wholeheartedly unfriendly, does not acknowledge customers when they walk in or ask if they need help. My sister also got her glasses here to which one of the ladies who book the appointments gave her a very rude and curt lecture on how to own glasses. It's one thing to teach someone how to care for their new glasses when they haven't had a pair before, it's another thing when I have to tell the woman to calm down. This was last year. The women out front are generally dismissive and rude, they let you know with body language and clipped words that you are bothering them by being there. Not a good environment at all.
