Kelly Rose's Online Review Report Card

So after calling 4 months ago to book an appointment It comes to a week before my daughter appointment who has been suffering with an allergic reaction thinking that we're going to see a doctor I get a call today and they tell me they have to cancel the appointment for new patients and that it wouldn't be booked until February 2021!! What kind of crap is this!! You have people who are suffering and you just decide to call the week of their appointment to cancel! You are a disgrace to the medical field and I will be looking into further action.

I really like Dr Rose. She sorted me right out with my allergies. Most of her staff is professional, however I ding two stars, one for each time I was on the recieving end of a serious bad Tude from one of her front desk staff. I think it's difficult finding competent help in SLO. That said, its worth seeing Dr Rose to get top notch care.

I have been very impressed by the professional atmosphere and courtesy of Dr. Rose and the staff at her office. I finally have had the time to get tested for what I knew were multiple allergies. The staff is very thoughrough, and I filled out a detailed multi-page questionaire before being seen the first time. The office staff did alert me before the appointment to leave extra time for the paperwork, and even explained that it would take a few minutes. I was seen on time, and given the allergy spot test almost immediately, which confirmed allergies that I was unaware of, but had suspected. I have hay fever and was having the symptoms of itchy eyes, and difficulty breathing when it affected my asthma. They also conducted the lung capacity tests, recorded them on a computer, and gave me the results right away. I was able to have a long discussion with the doctor, who took my former medication into account, and suggested a couple of ways to treat my allergies. The tests were very precise, and even listed the exact type of pollen that I am allergic to.The office staff provided me with printed information about the medication I would need, and a demonstration of how to use it. I also received a printed brochure about the medication, and a schedule for using it by email. Getting the allergy shots has also been well-organized, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Wow. I just had my first appointment with Dr. Rose and I have to say she is wonderful. I've been dealing with an allergy issue for the past several years and I have seen all kinds of doctors - including some of the best allergists in the country while I lived in NYC. Dr. Rose spent over an hour with me, going over all of my medical records and lab work. She genuinely cared about the journey I have been on. She was intent to help me find a solution and carefully took my history into account. So many times I have felt like a burden and blown off by other doctors who had difficulty finding a solution. Dr. Rose acted like a detective trying to crack a case. She is new to the area and a gift to SLO County. Hallelujah!

Dr. Kelly Rose is the most kind, caring, thorough Dr. I have ever met. She is my mothers Dr. My mother is 87 years old and has medical issues. Dr. Rose truly CARES about my mother. Sometimes you have to wait but that is because she spends as much time as needed with each patient. We love Dr. Rose. She spends time with you and really listens. She also doesn't hesitate to order necessary tests.

She's been my PCP for many years now. She's caring, spends time with me to fully understand the nature of my issue and is helpful in referring me to a specialist when needed. Dr. Rose is wonderful! ***** 5 Stars!
