Dr Kimberly is awesome. She is very caring, understanding. Informative and professional. She explained everything in detail before and after my surgery to both myself and my husband. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Kimberly is an amazing, caring, and calming doctor! She took special time for my appointment. She explained everything to me and gave me options for me to consider. The day of my surgery, she took time to review things with me and calm my nerves as well as my family's nerves. She checked in on me during my stay overnight. Her skills are amazing. People do not know I even had surgery because she did such an amazing job. Even other doctors have commented about how well it looks. I would trust her with my life as well as my children's lives. I have recommended her many times and will continue to do so every chance I get.

Dr. Kimberly is fantastic. She got me in quickly and took her time. She knew I was nervous and answered all of my questions I recommend her to all of my friends and coworkers.

She is wonderful. She did not rush me, answered any questions I had and was very personable. Lately I have seen her PA who is equally great! I drive an hour to go here, even though there is an ENT minutes from where I live. It does take a long time to hear back about insurance approvals or scheduled surgeries/tests and front office staff are not the most professional (I get an informal/laid back vibe from them, which is alright) but it is totally worth the drive!

No. I would not recommend her. She is not there for her patients. He PA must take her patient load. She actually was not there for my scheduled appointment

She didnt even show up after I waited weeks for the appointment, traveled for 1 hour, and spent 1.5 hours in the waiting room. She blew me off for her OB own OB appointment.

Dr. Kimberly is wonderful! She in full detail explained to me why I was having the symptoms I was. Even thought I know I probably took up more time than she had and most likely had other patients waiting she didn’t rush me and truly took her time which made me feel like she cared genuinely about my dizzy issues.

I think she's an good surgeon, but isnt so great 1 on 1. She starts heading to the door before giving you a chance to ask questions. I also waited over a week to get a call back about post op symptoms. The last time we saw her she was more communicative, though she kept looking at her watch. The office staff can come across as rude or uninvested, and there's an assembly line vibe.
