Plus he's fat & should not say anything about the fat patients
Was a patient of Richard Cook II for at least four years. He took the time to listen to any concerns, and was very thorough with our office visits. Unfortunately, Obama lied. We liked our doctor, but couldn't keep our doctor. Hopefully Congress will do their job so we can go back to Dr. Cook II.
A caring physician who is most competent, professional and available to his patients. I have great confidence in Dr Cook and his associates.
I was very pleased with the pace of my visit. I had blood work done and requested a specific test based on my symptoms. Dr. Cook said he would order the test. He did not order the test. He lied to me. When the nurse called with results of regular blood work, I asked about the other test result and she hesitated, then lied and said it would be a couple more days. It has been 2 weeks and still no results. I received my eob from Ins. The test I requested was not performed. I wish they would have just told me the truth. I would never trust a liar with my well being..
He needs to develop some empathy and quit using counseling as his only treatment for everything. I was having severe panic attacks, couldn't drive or leave the house really and he wouldn't give me even a weeks worth of anything to prevent them from happening again. Then he yelled at me and said I was telling him how to do his job, he actually made me cry. I was worse off after his appt. I'm Licensed in the medical field with a 3.9 GPA so I know what is right and wrong and this Doctor needs to change his ways.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
