I have never experienced a medical facility that is more unresponsive than these people. My prescriptions have run out. The pharmacy says call your doctor. The phone line says call your pharmacy. Catch 22! I have called 3x for a sick visit this week. #1 called the appointment line. That can’t make appointments for sick people (say what??) transferred to nurse’s line left a message. No call back. #2 called nurse line which I have never had anyone pick up. Left a message. No call back. #3 called the appointment line. There are no appointments available. Call back in a couple of days to see if anyone has canceled. In a couple of days (it’s already been three!). In a couple of days I could be in the hospital (or dead). So, I’m still sick, my lifesaving medicine has run out and my doctor won’t see me. DONT GO HERE!

It is surprising to me to see all the negative reviews. I went there see a doctor together with my 12 year old son.we received a very good service there.from the entrance to the paperwork getting done, most importantly nurses and doctor are very professional and helpful,next week I will bring my two other kids with my wife to see a doctor there.they may not the most welcoming in the front but they are not unprofessional. I take down one star because I find one spelling errors in one of my lab work papers. I will correct it on my next visit.I hope this will help you.

Not organized the the african American lady at the front desk very mean always giving attitude.

I CALLED EVERYDAY EVERY HOUR FOR THREE WEEKS TO TRY AND GET A REFERRAL, I GOT NO CALL BACK, NO RESPONSE. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE FOLKS.

I called to be seen for an urgent issue. The soonest appointment was 2 weeks out and then they cancelled it the day before with no explanation. The next appointment available was not until the next month. Absolutely ridiculous.

One of the worst service ever. I was waiting outside in rain for 30 mins. they didn’t open the door for me.

I have a complaint about this center. My daughter have a check up appointment. I couldnt be at there but my wife was there. The question that get in my nerv that the doctor asked my daughter is . what gender she feel. Obviusly that doctor assumend is blind my daughter miles away can see. She is a female. Talks like female act like female looks like a female. I am investigating if the legislators passed that dangerous law to asked doctors about it. That gender ideology is getting every where poor people that dont undesrtand what is comming.

I went into this doctor's office about three weeks ago on a Friday for a full check up and to get my labs done and the doctor told me I would get my results a week after on one of the days. It has been three weeks now and I have not gotten a call or anything. So when I try to call the doctor's office to get in contact with my primary doctor it never works. The only line I can get in contact with is the scheduling line and it's just not right it's going on the fourth week now and still nothing 😑 I'm definitely changing my doctor's office and primary doctor.
