I waited several weeks before writing this evaluation to ensure I achieved the desired outcomes. I found them to be courteous upon initial contact. They are expensive, but in this particular case, the saying, "you get what you pay for," is true. They thoroughly examine your scalp to diagnose and treat the problem. If you visit, adhere to their instructions precisely, as some individuals will only do so once in a blue moon and expect results. It is not a supernatural remedy or potion. The dedication required to succeed is comparable to that of a regular gym goer. I am utilizing her ultra-light, all-natural hair growth oil and serum. I use the hair growth oil twice daily, once in the morning and once before bed. I apply the serum roughly three times weekly to prevent my scalp from becoming dry. I also use the infrared laser helmet with light for thirty minutes daily. These are my instructions, and they are very effective. I will provide additional information as time passes.

I was running a bit behind and therefore I called the salon to give them notice the owner answered my call with complete understanding and stayed on the phone with me so she can guide me to where I can find easy parking and even got on FaceTime with me to make sure I could find the salon easily. She was so sweet and so understanding of my situation. I was serviced by Carmen, who has such a beautiful personality; you can tell she sincerely loves what she does through her efforts and talent. She guided me through every step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She is a beautiful person with hands of gold! The scalp detox, the trim, and the blowout were so relaxing and breakage free. My scalp/hair felt as well as looked so moisturized and healthy! The salon genuinely cares about the health of your hair and you as a whole! The passion that went into my services had me at a loss for words!! I’ve NEVER experienced such great service like this. I felt so well cared for and my heart and mind were at ease during every minute of my experience with Ology. I am forever grateful for this experience and Ology will be my new home salon for a lifetime!

I definitely recommend this brand of hair treatment. Since I have started the treatments, there has been a huge difference with my hair like, reduced hair shedding and mostly thickens the hair texture and aids in promoting growth. I will definitely recommend to others

In 2015 I had a full head of long locs, but by the beginning of 2016 I was almost completely bald on the top and sides of my head. The culprit turned out to be a medication I was taking. I stopped taking the medicine but the damage was done. I was DEVASTATED and absolutely heartbroken. My crowning glory was gone. I hid what was left of my hair under scarves, headwraps and hats, I was embarrassed. I lost my confidence. Over the next 4 years I tried desperately to find a solution because it became clear that my stylist had no idea how to handle my issue. Then came the worldwide lockdown due to Covid-19! No one was accepting new clients so I lost all hope. I cried everyday, I was so dejected. Then my daughters friend suggested I contact Emerge Salon because they were willing to accept new clients. I set an appointment and decided to cut everything left on my head and pray for the best. I told my new stylist what had happened to my hair and explained all that I had done to save what was left of my hair. She understood and agreed that cutting it and rocking a small Afro would be the best way to help me. From the moment she started washing my hair, to the INCREDIBLE scalp massage, the soothing water bath for my scalp, to the fabulous steam treatment, I kept asking “IS THIS HOW YALL LIVING???” I was determined that Emerge was going to be my new salon. What I hadn’t realized was that Tocara overheard our conversation and had a secret weapon that would fix my problem!! When my stylist was done and I was paying for the AMAZING services I had received, she told me that Emerge was also a hair loss and regrowth treatment center. She explained all that they could do for me to put me on the path towards regrowing my hair. A wave of amazement mixed with joy and relief came flooding over me. I set my next appointment to get those services started. That was October 2020. We began a scalp analysis session at my next appointment. That’s when the actual problem was discovered.
