My family and I trust all our medical needs to Dr. Charles and his staff. They take the time to listen and don’t automatically assume you need a prescription but try every other route first.

I previously left a 5 star review, but there's no way to edit. I'm looking for a new doctor. There is an office staff member who has been repeatedly rude to my husband and me on several occasions, but it is never addressed. I don't enjoy spending my money to be treated disrespectfully. Phone etiquette and good communication is a priority when holding a customer service position.

Wow could not believe the previous post about this office. I have never had a Dr and his staff be so caring, kind, and thorough. Dr Charles is the most non judgemental Dr I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but it sounds like you may have had some communication issues. I have never heard anything bad about this office before. This really suprises me, but then again there is always two sides to every story. Good luck.

This is a terrible place to go! Save yourself from the horrible treatment and go elsewhere! Danielle, the office manager, the nurses, Mallory, the receptionist, and Dr kayla james are all terrible. They, Dr Charles, is refusing treatment on my son, and has stereotyped us as "people in this area, especially Tower City". They won't give school notes, and say it is because, "People in this area, tend to abuse the dr notes for school"
